"Living not the main building but on Kalma Villa, a comfortable spacious room with kitchens, close to the center and lake, but on a quiet street. Breakfast was liked, quite diverse. There is even a small wellnes at the hotel"

"Love the hot jacuzzi and pool. Location wise is about 30mins walk to 'town' and attractions, 8mins to train station. Nearest restaurant is about 8-10mins walk. Everything was good, including my second night, the table lamp suddenly light up in the middle of the night around 1am. I called reception and the girl said technician needed an hour to come. However she came up to check and mange to off it after few attempts. I was not comfortable to stay in same room, she was kind to let me sleep in another room. Although I couldn't sleep well because of the incident, I still appreciate it. However when I check out the next morning, I expressed I wanted to feedback about the incident, the receptionist (a different lady) was very defensive and her attitude made me felt I was trying to creat problem. She said in harsh way that there is no *****, nothing happened before. In the first hand, I never say that there is *****, I just said I want to feedback about the light and I didn't get good sleep. The buffet breakfast and dinner are good. Overall I am happy with the hotel, except the final encounter with the receptionist during check out."

"This is a complex of buildings on one street, united by one management company under different star ratings. We were settled in two stars. The administration took care of the guests, and installed air conditioners in each room. What the guests used to write about the heat in the summer is not relevant now. The room for two is big. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Microwave, the necessary set of dishes and pans, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, and other necessary trimmings, up to the roller, everything is perfectly clean. Bed large, and bed linen clean. Towels change for certain days of the week. The garbage needs to be sorted, and it is delivered by the maid every day. About the cleaning of the room I will not say, I have not waste, the room for 4 days was clean. The bathroom with a shower cabin. There is even a dryer for underwear. The windows went out to the inner courtyard where the pool (works from 8 to 21 hours). The noise is bad, any movements of guests are heard from the corridor, and in the guest rules, the request is not to noise after 22 hours. Now about the shortcomings: The shower leak does not hold, the holder is bloated. The air conditioner in the 21 room is set unsuccessfully, blows right in the side when you sleep, you had to put two chairs and hang a towel on them, so that it would not be overnight.
