"Family room was massive and big single bed for the little guests, king size bed was huge.  Staff were very welcoming and helpful.  Breakfast was very varied and well stocked.  Dinner menu a little limited and very expensive. We took it upon ourselves to walk to the local pub 8 mins away on our second night and had a much nicer and cheaper meal. Pool is a safe 1.3 metres throughout and kids have times when they are able to attend. Also a lovely warm temperature, would be good for very small children/babies. Hotel just showing signs of being a little tired. Leather seat covers flaking off in dining room, carpets frayed and dirty in places, corners of rooms and shower screen were dirty."

"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Redditch and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. And the free parking was a real bonus, especially considering the location. Overall, great value for money!"

"We absolutely love staying at the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa and honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else when we’re up here. I first stayed here in 2015 and have been coming back and forth since. I have family close by but we always end up staying a few days at least at a time and going on some adventures with our little one. It’s the perfect location for us. It feels like a real home from home for us every single time. The hotel is always welcoming, and has such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool is a huge favourite for L he absolutely loves it and always gets so excited to go swimming during our stays. It makes such a difference having facilities that he can truly enjoy. What truly makes this place stand out though is the staff. They deserve so much recognition for how amazing, helpful and hardworking they are. Ram, Marie, Luke, Nathan, Chris, Marie, Jason, Dan, ana, faouzi, Abby, Emma, Angel are just a few names to mention, & Phil the chef was 10/10 especially as we have allergens but every single one of them goes above and beyond. They are always friendly, helpful, warm, and genuinely care about their guests. They are especially wonderful with L, which means the world to us because of his additional needs. They make him feel comfortable, included, and happy, and that level of kindness is something you never forget. It’s rare to find somewhere that consistently delivers such amazing service, but this hotel does exactly that every time. We always leave happy and already looking forward to coming back. We also had a lovely girl called Chloe who was housekeeping and she made sure we had everything we needed.  This place deserves to be rated so much higher because it truly is a gem. Thank you to all the team for making every stay so special for us"

"The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others."

"We have stayed here several times and fed back to managers about the poor state of the tables & chairs in the breakfast area. Although my feedback (with photos) was not acknowledged, on our last visit just before xmas, we noticed the badly stained and chipped tables had been replaced or refurbished, and the badly stained and dirty seating had been cleaned and/or replaced, so that it now feels comfortable to sit on them. So I'm pleased my feedback may have contributed to these much needed changes. However the window frames in our room were in a terrible state, covered in black mould and in desperate need of repair or replacement. Not a healthy presence to have anywhere. So hopefully this review will be seen by the right person/people and acted upon."

"The hotel was nice, neat and the staff were very friendly. The only problem we had was the room heating not working and we were given a fan heater which eventually lead to us having headaches. The food also was average but the staff team were excellent."

"We have been to this hotel several times, it has the basis of a fab hotel, great amenities etc but its not rub particularly well. The pool/billiards room closes in the evening when you would assume it would be open to use for residents in the hotel, noone could ever quite tell me what time it didn't close but it was basically part of the swimming pool and gym and closed when that did. Again noone actually knew what time that was! Paid for my puppy to stay but got no puppy treats, or puppy pack as promised! All in all would stay again but it doesn't quite live up to its stars the way its currently being managed. "

"The front desk staff was very unprofessional, set two rooms, the room was not on the same floor, and it was far away. I changed the room card and couldn't open the room door. Send the courier to the daughter to change the school uniform, and place a good order on the courier website. The courier will pick it up the next day, because we have to participate in the activities at the school the next day, communicate with the front desk to put the school uniform at the front desk to help the courier, and the front desk is also full of promises, but the courier will pick it up at the front desk the next day. The front desk even told the courier that there was no... It was speechless, and I drove back to the hotel to pick up the courier and drove more than 20 kilometers to mail it out."
