Not convenience for a mixed dorm. No hook or shelf in the shower room! Almost everything you have to put outside the shower room include the clothes you're going to wear after shower. But outside the shower room actually is a public area. Everyone who live in the room could come in without notice. Quite embarrassing especially after you finish your shower and want to come out, someone would suddenly open the door!
Could the owner fix this issue?
Also there's not enough privacy, better add a short curtain next to all the beds to add privacy and avoid the strong bedside light disturb your neighbor while it is turning on.
I don’t often review hotels but this place is genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had. Despite being slightly outside the city centre, the staff were all some of the smiliest, friendliest people and helpful in all aspects from booking trips to finding restaurants. I’d say the true mark of a great hotel is somewhere you feel comfortable and this hit all the bases. If you’re happy to make a short journey into the town every day, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Also, the pool, gym and breakfast buffet are unbelievable. I almost don’t want to add a review to keep it as a hidden gem!

This hotel has a lot of history and I really enjoyed my stay. Location is excellent—very close to the C50 and C52 lines, and within easy walking distance to restaurants. It’s right next to the Palace of Seville and not far from the Seville Cathedral either.
The breakfast was good, and overall I was quite satisfied with my stay.
My only small issue was that the towels looked and felt quite old and worn out. They seemed a bit unclean and could really do with being replaced.

The hotel is very nice. The interior reminds me of the Titanic. The location is quite convenient. The rooftop pool and bar are very convenient during the summer, too bad it closes at 8pm.
The facilities and service were excellent. We also appreciated the friendly service and extensive hours at the cafe/restaurant. My only minor critique is that the dining options were perhaps a little expensive compared to other establishments nearby.
The hotel itself is like a palace, with a lobby and atrium decorated in a unique local style. The decor is relatively new, and the rooms are top-notch in terms of amenities and size. The breakfast is especially plentiful. Located right next to the square, it's adjacent to a bustling commercial street, making dining convenient.
Facilities: very new, there is a pool on the roof, the view is beautiful
Service: Very good, standard 4 star level
Hygienic: very clean
Environment: very chic, newly built hotel, the smell is also very fresh, orange characteristics
The location is pretty good, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel still has quite a few issues.
When I first opened the window, there was a pungent sewer smell, so I quickly closed it. (It was an interior-facing room). I thought the smell wouldn't linger in the room, but when I came back from dinner, the entire room reeked. I contacted Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, and Trip.com was quite responsive. Soon after, they replied that the hotel agreed to change my room. It was already past 11 PM. Then, when I went to the front desk to switch rooms, that's when things got ridiculous 😂. The first key card they gave me didn't work. The second one did, but there was someone already inside, sleeping! I probably scared them quite a bit. By the time I finally got to the third room, it was already past midnight.
A major issue is that the hotel lobby and several other areas would periodically have an unpleasant odor, which is really hard to accept.
Let me also tell you this: about fifteen minutes before check-out, the cleaning lady knocked on my door impatiently. Do you understand? It wasn't a normal knock; it was an annoyed, quick, and loud bang on the door. When I opened it and asked what she wanted, she said it was to remind me to check out. Isn't that just absurd?
The only highlight of the entire hotel was the excellent breakfast and good service!

The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage — right in the heart of Sevilla’s old city center, making it perfect for exploring on foot. All the main attractions, restaurants, and charming streets were just steps away. However, the room itself was quite small and lacked any natural light, which made it feel a bit cramped. Overall, it’s a good option if location is your top priority, but comfort inside the room could be improved. And also there is a coffee shop at the reception which is very convenient for a quick breakfast.

Great
LLye S CLocated right in the middle of shopping area, lots of restaurants. Walkable to bus station, major attractions. Good plus is great shower and Aircon bed comfy too. Counter is helpful.
Only minor issues is, the digital key I got doesn't work, still use pin and the cozy rooftop pool is really tiny and water seems not that clean.
Two if us got a quaroom, quite pricey for a hostel.
GGuest UserSecond time at this hotel
A tad pricey but so is the whole of Marbella!
Love the rooftop pool and spa massages are the best I’ve ever had!
Staff are super friendly and accommodating
For an easy stay I would definitely return!
GGuest UserWe took this hotel with a pool knowing how hot it was going to be in Seville. The day before our arrival we sent an email asking for the schedule.
When we arrived at the establishment they told us that the schedule was different and the pool was already closed.
I would also highlight that it is practically attached to a nightclub and there was a lot of commotion until the early hours of the morning. People were right in front of our window since it is practically at street level, smoking, drinking and shouting... To make matters worse, the window did little to insulate the noise and the blinds were broken, they didn't go down more than half.
AArthur C W TsangIt is a five star hotel. Room equipment is ok with this level of hotel. However the service can be better. The hotel location is great. We just spend about 15mins from Cordoba Train Station on foot. Also the tourist attraction, old town and Cordoba Cathdral is not far away. We just walked about 10mins from the hotel.
GGuest UserMy stay at Novotel Sevilla was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect — close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to all major attractions like Seville Cathedral.
The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of the city.
Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seville. 🙌
YYOUFANGCtrip's hotel was very convenient. It didn't realize the plan. Because the itinerary changed, the hotel that was found on Ctrip and booking on the same day, compared with Ctrip, the price is good, and it is clearer than booking.
IismaelMThe apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent.
The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación.
The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date.
Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro.
And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again.
A very gratifying weekend.
The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.
AAnonymous UserThe breakfast included with the room makes it excellent value for money, especially compared to local prices where a single breakfast could easily cost 100-200 RMB. The hotel is located along the railway, and there are gatherings across the street at night, so if you're arriving late, you might want to consider that. The room itself is a bit small, but overall it's still quite good. Just make sure to confirm the number of guests when booking.
GGuest UserThe room is facing the beach, which is very beautiful. The breakfast is very rich. It takes only about 40 minutes to drive to Malaga. It takes more than an hour to go to Granada. It can be used for vacation and leisure, and it can also be used as a tourist hub. Very good.
