Great location, facilities and hotel ambiance.  Staff was attentive although the service on the 10th floor restaurant was very slow.  Also the service at breakfast could have been a bit faster.  The dinner experience was good and the food quality very good.  Will highly recommend this hotel.

At first I didn't like the look of this hotel. There was graffiti outside and my room was cold. I spent most the night looking at more expensive hotels. The next day I was glad I didn't change to another hotel. The heater in the room eventually did its job. The location turned out not to be so bad. The breakfast was good. The desk staff were very helpful. It worked out well, but next time I would book a hotel near Pocitos.

The hotel is located in the historic neighborhood, close to the port for those coming from Buenos Aires. It is easy to access. Breakfast is excellent for the price requested. The room is small but contains everything you need except a hairdryer.

Conveniently located about 10 minutes on foot from Independence Square. The first floor is under renovation, and the elevator feels old, but I received sufficient service for the price.

Everything was excellent. The room had recently been redecorated and was very clean, the restaurant is superb, hotel staff was very friendly and pointed us to interesting places in the city. It is at a central location in the city so it's great if you're planning to explore by walking on the rambla. We hope to visit again soon!

This hotel located in a very convenient location for tourists, right on the Plaza Independencia in the city center, walking distance to all the sightseeing sites, facilities are quite good, breakfast was above average, however if you want to go out for dinner after hour, there're very few dining options around, most restaurants closed before 8pm, even though Montevideo is generally safe, that area behind the hotel was dark and gave eerie feeling.

Positive points: The hotel has a very nice breakfast, a parking and direct access from the garage, which is very practical. The air conditioning worked very well, like the TV. No additional charges were charged. The room service was also performed daily, with towels exchange and leaving the room always clean and imperfect. Points to be improved: The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. On the other hand, when it was a bathroom with a garden, during the shower the water was swallowing and spreading through the rest of the bathroom, forming baths and generating accident risk.
