The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!

Seriously, everyone, if you're planning an early morning hike, promise me you'll only choose this hotel! Let's start with the absolute best part: this hotel is *inside* the South Gate Transfer Center (the bus station you must use for hiking). Don't think it's just about saving a few hundred meters of walking distance. This transfer center locks up every night, and all other hikers have to queue outside. ONLY guests of this hotel can comfortably stand inside (at the very front of the line) before it opens to the public! You can watch other tourists who might have woken up at 4 AM run hundreds of meters just to circle around and get in line behind you. That's a huge advantage!!! Amenities & Facilities: Smart room, mini-fridge, 2 bottles of water, comfortable mattress, clean environment, smart toilet, plenty of hot water, and fragrant toiletries. Service: On the day of check-in, the hotel reception will call in advance to go over important information. They provide hiking essentials (walking sticks & maps) and will let you know the gate opening time the day before (you'll need to prepare breakfast like bread and milk beforehand, as you won't be able to go out and buy it once inside). The price is right, the environment is great, the location is unbeatable, and it offers excellent value for money! This was the most satisfying part of my Huangshan trip!

It's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei.

The hotel has been newly renovated, and the facilities are quite complete. However, it's a hotel converted from an office building, so the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. The location is pretty good though – just 100 meters out, cross the sky bridge at night, and there's a street food night market. The cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor when I first entered the room. The environment was okay. The service was enthusiastic. Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine.

Facilities: Well-maintained. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff (Dajie) cleaned promptly and thoroughly every day, even asking about preferences and providing two extra bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Environment: There's road construction nearby, but the underpass is open, so driving is still quite convenient. Service: I especially want to commend Miss Lyra! She recommended so many great restaurants and photo spots – super thoughtful!

Facing the community, the environment is quite good, and the Chang'an community behind it is of good quality. The Chinese restaurant inside the hotel is excellent. You can also go to the restaurant in Chang'an Community, which is about 200 meters to the right from the hotel entrance. Five-star rating. The service standard of Shangri-La is outstanding, much better than several other hotel groups.

非常好！！！酒店大廳大氣房間寬敞明亮，我這個人對房間裏的環境磁場異常敏感，每次住尾房都感覺害怕，曾經還遇到過**，但是這個酒店的尾房沒有任何的不適！非常喜歡！而且前台小姐姐真的很熱心很熱情。告訴我幾點下去吃飯最好，最後我退房的時候問她有沒有口罩，我其實沒抱太大希望，沒有就算啦，小姐姐在前台找了半天我都走了竟然還從自己的車裡拿了一個自己的新的沒開封的口罩給我，真的太體貼暖心了！！房間又好，前台小姐姐人又好！真的很喜歡這家酒店！！大家都來住吧，也希望這家酒店的生意越來越好！

The hotel service was excellent ✌️ The environment is great, right across from the Kangxi River. Facilities are complete, and breakfast is plentiful. The room was also cleaned very well. Christmas is coming, and the hotel decoration has a lovely Christmas atmosphere. I'll definitely come again! So good, so good!
