Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. This B&B is located within Luoyi Ancient City. Though the entrance isn't grand, once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. It's built in the style of a traditional courtyard house, with a rooftop terrace that offers a close-up view of the Drum Tower. The whole place has such a wonderful vibe. We booked a king-size room with a private balcony, which was quite spacious. The furnishings had an antique charm, and waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing and birds chirping was incredibly comforting. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, perfect for recovering after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom amenities were also excellent, with a lovely fragrance. The towels were soft and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even provided a bath mat, which you usually only find in high-end hotels. It made us feel both reassured and pampered – seems like the owner has great taste! 😉 The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there was one minor issue: the bathroom mirror in the room was a bit impractical. It was quite far from the sink, and there was no magnifying mirror 🪞. As someone who needs to get close to the mirror to put in contact lenses, I found this inconvenient. 😂 Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this B&B! 👍👍👍

On this business trip to Zhengzhou, I truly stumbled upon a gem with this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just one subway stop from Zhengzhou East Station. It's a short walk from the subway exit, making it super easy even with heavy luggage, whether you're catching a high-speed train or settling in after a long journey. What surprised me the most was the hotel's ambiance. Despite being so close to the high-speed rail station, it's incredibly peaceful. The room was so quiet I could practically hear myself breathe, completely free from the noise of the subway and station, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep. On top of that, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Zhengzhou!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in a wonderful way! Before booking, I was a bit hesitant because I saw some negative reviews, but then I thought, even five-star hotels get bad reviews, so I just went for it. And I'm so glad I did—it was even better than I imagined. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My mom forgot her phone charger, and they had spares available, and they also had umbrellas for a rainy day. The breakfast was genuinely good; at least my mom really enjoyed it. She has a sensitive stomach, and the breakfast suited her perfectly, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties like beef soup, rice noodles, bread, and pastries. You can see for yourselves in the pictures! The room design was very thoughtful, with a separate toilet and shower, which is super convenient when traveling with family. Oh, and it's close to the high-speed rail station, but it wasn't noisy at all, so we slept really soundly.

My stay at this hotel, to put it simply, was acceptable for a regular five-star hotel, but subpar for a JW Marriott. First, there's only one driveway for vehicles entering the hotel. To exit, drivers have to make a U-turn, and if there are multiple cars dropping off or picking up guests, it easily causes congestion. Second, the hotel lobby is on the 38th floor, and guest rooms are above that. Getting from the ground floor to your room requires taking two separate elevators each time, which isn't very convenient. Finally, regarding room amenities, the entire room, except for the bathroom, had no tissues, making it a hassle every time I needed one. Also, a heads-up: the mini-bar in the room is chargeable, and the price list is just a blank piece of paper on the table. I didn't notice it and consumed some items, though the housekeeper, Maggi, later waived the charges for me, which I appreciate. Overall, this JW Marriott has a significant gap compared to other JW Marriotts in different cities, and the service is just acceptable. Furthermore, booking through Ctrip doesn't offer any extra benefits. If you still want to experience it, you might try booking directly on their official website.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip to Zhengzhou. It's just a few minutes from the high-speed train station. The front desk staff are always so warm and polite. They even went out of their way to give me a quiet, corner room because I was worried about noise. Even though it was next to a room reserved for minors, they made sure not to assign anyone there, which meant I had two peaceful nights. The room was clean and tidy, and the Holiday Inn standards were impeccably maintained. Definitely a recommended stay.

酒店停車方便，房間安靜舒適，早餐豐盛美味，服務親切周到，總之這間新花園很符合預期。美中不足的是洗衣房在餐廳區域，這幾天酒店接待了一個政府團，我們自助洗衣服烘乾完成去取時正好碰到説是他們晚餐時間其他客人不讓進，衹能讓服務員把衣服取出送房間，有些不適，畢竟自助洗衣就是不想別人碰的（Dddd）；驚喜的是旁邊不遠竟然有大學城商圈，有很多美食且實惠的驚人。總之旅途中在這裏休整的幾天還是很開心的，給全五星，希望酒店揚長避短，再接再厲。

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and provides a free airport shuttle, which is very helpful for transit travelers. The service is excellent, and the staff were helpful during our short stay. However, cleanliness needs improvement as the room was quite dirty. It may not be suitable for guests who are particular about hygiene. For us, it was acceptable because we were only transiting and stayed for about 4 hours to rest before our next flight. If you just need a short rest near the airport, this hotel is okay for a brief stay, but not recommended for a long stay.

Luoyang in spring is absolutely beautiful, and if you're passing through, you *must* come see the flowers. The guesthouse owner was incredibly welcoming, contacting us in advance to reserve a parking spot which was very close to the guesthouse. They were so thoughtful, recommending lots of great local restaurants nearby. The guesthouse itself is super close to Luoyi Ancient City, just a short walk away. Our room was also spotless and smelled fresh, which we really appreciated. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back in April during peak bloom!
