We are located in the city centre nearby train station Brussels Central, in the Anspach shopping centre with its Casino,exibition and entertainment center. This privileged location between the Grand Place and square De Brouckere gives you the best access to the city for business trips or cultural visits.

Although there were reviews about homeless people sleeping and hanging around just outside the hotel entrance, the frequent police and security outside make it so much safer.
There is a carefour express just a few metres about and it opens from 0700-2300 so you get what you need very easily.
The staff are friendly and approachable. Because it’s an Aparthotel there is no daily housekeeping services but not an issue for us because we are out most of the time. There is also a water dispenser at the hotel lobby that you can replenish your drinking watersm, just need to bring your own bottle as the hotel do not provide any disposable bottles.
Overall, it’s a very convenient and rather safe place to stay."

"Everything—facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service—was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Since there were three of us staying together, the hotel must have specially added an extra bed. They also provide breakfast; while not extensive, it was certainly sufficient. "The hotel's location is pretty good – right next to a metro station and very close to the city center. It's quite quiet at night, though Brussels' streets in general aren't the cleanest. It's also super convenient to get to Midi Station directly by metro, and North Station is within walking distance. The hotel facilities are generally quite new, but there's no kettle. However, the coffee machine is good, and it comes with four free capsules. They clean the room daily, and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. The only downside was that there was a power outage on the day I checked out. I had to walk down the stairs to ask, and they said the whole hotel was affected and an electrician was working on it, but it was back on shortly after. They have a dedicated room for luggage storage. (P.S. Belgian food is delicious, definitely give it a try!)"

"the location is right connected to brussels midi and super good for late night or morning train arrivals. there’s also a convenient store nearby with a friendly man.
only con would be that our TV wasn’t working on the first night and we’ve informed them. they told us the technician will fix it the next afternoon and we reminded them before leaving the hotel but seems like they forgot about it 🫠 survived 2 nights without TV.
everything else was great as expected of pullman."

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to FlixBus bus stop! There is a police station and halal supermarket for Muslim community behind the hotel. The hotel should consider having 2 front desk workers at a time instead of just 1 person manning the front desk. When there are group of people talking and running around at the hotel room corridor, I couldn’t find the front desk person to solve the problem as there was no one at the front desk.

JJoe the world citizenThe hotel is very nice and modern. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The only problem is the location. It is not located in the touristy area. There is no easy public transportation to the grand place except by bus or taxi/uber. Walking to grand place takes around 30 mins passing through Brussels Park and Royal Palace. The positive point is that the area where the hotel is located is very quiet.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, and major attractions like the Grand Place and Manneken Pis are all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. It truly offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The service was excellent; I arrived at 10 AM and was able to check in early, which was a big plus! The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the breakfast – it was a bit limited and surprisingly, there was no fruit.

Our room on the sixth floor overlooked Rogier Square, which was very nice but a bit noisy. Sirens of all kinds passed by frequently. The bathroom was good, and the walk-in shower was good (no bidet, but I certainly didn't expect one). The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality savory options. The pastries were also great. It had an open kitchen concept. The decor in the hallways and room was very exotic and fun. Good location with a metro stop right under the square. Two stops in 5 minutes to get to the city center. Overall a positive review.

ZZhuyuxixiThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near Brussels' Grand Place – literally a two-minute walk away. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, which is a rare find in Europe, and the facilities were great. Having a kettle was a huge plus for us. We stayed for two nights, and the steak restaurant directly across from the hotel entrance was amazing – delicious and not expensive, so it was incredibly convenient to grab a meal right outside. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe staff are all very friendly! The location is close to tourist spots such as manneken pis and Saint-Nicolas, only several minutes of walk.
However, the hangers provided in the room are almost damaged and the window could not be fully closed that it was cold to sleep on the right hand side. Although it is not a very big problem, I still expected the whole environment could have been even better.

GGuest UserStayed for 3 nights, and every evening there was very noticeable noise. I'm not sure if it was a laundry room upstairs or something else. Video 1 sounded like a front-loading washing machine, and Video 2 was like someone knocking on the wall. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to avoid this place. Otherwise, it's alright.
The pool water was very murky and had hair in it.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

SSoventolThe hotel staff are friendly. Note that the hotel does not accept cash for payments, including the tourist tax for your stay.
The hotel itself is nice, modern, and equipped with a lift. The hotel focuses on minimalism, so you won't find a closed-door wardrobe. Both the room and toilet are equipped with a heater. The bed and latex pillows are comfortable. They also provide branded Nuxe shampoo and handwash.
Complimentary bottled water and coffee drinks are provided only on the first day of your stay.
However, there are a few areas where the hotel fell below my expectations:
No free slippers or toiletries (e.g., toothbrush and toothpaste) are provided.
The water flow from the shower is weak, although still bearable.
No fridge in the room.
You need to request an electric kettle from the receptionist. (How much would it cost to place one in each room?)
The most disappointing factor is that the air conditioner did not allow me to select ”cold” mode during my stay in mid-April—it only had ”heat” mode. Seriously?
Also, if you plan to store your luggage overnight at the hotel, it won't be possible as they do not accept overnight storage.
Location note:
The hotel is located about 500 metres from Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid station. It can be quite scary walking from the train station to the hotel at night, as the surrounding area is occupied by African shops and residences. This may not be convenient for female travellers.
If your budget allows, I suggest staying at the Pullman, which is adjacent to the train station, especially if you need to catch an early train the next day. Otherwise, consider staying near Grand Place.
