I had a great stay in this hotel. The only concern I had was the shower bec it’s kinda low on pressure. Hindi maganda ang distribution ng tubig so you end up using the faucet underneath it instead. Staff was very accommodating and facilities looks clean too. Thank you!

The entrance to thr B&B is clean but was below my expectation, i was attempted to backout as i was with my family. but since we were so tired coming from a very long trip, we decided ito give it a shot. when we entered our room, it was like it transformed into another B&B, the room was very clean, spacious and well kept. the interior is like an old spanish room and we are so pleased. we had a good night’s sleep and woke up past 10am. overall, we are happy with the room we booked.

It's a nice place in a good location. Mall & airport are close by. Host very friendly & responsive. Gave us great advice on places to eat ,(SkyScape,Sue & Ramen restaurant). Rooms are small but adequate. Very clean & nice! I would highly recommend!

Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. My room had modern tropical interiors, strong A/C, and a cozy with view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens are clean.

I'm glad I stayed here. The owner was very kind and welcomed me warmly. He even lent me an umbrella on a rainy day and a towel when I got home soaked. He was very helpful, and the room was clean and had a water server, which was very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cebu.

Wonderful apartment - spacious, clean, some areas need updating, but overall everything is good! It is worth noting that these are apartments without the usual hotel service. The owner of the apartment lives right next door and has assistants. Any issues are resolved quickly. You can order breakfast for only 200 pesos per person and it is really worth it. Well-groomed area, large swimming pool. True, we still didn’t understand how the cleaning issue was resolved; in 6 days they only cleaned our house once, either this is not included, or we need to specifically ask. You can also rent a bike from the owner. Each apartment has its own isolated terrace. In general, there is everything you need (towels, dishes, stove, kettle, refrigerator, safe). But there are some basic little things missing (there was no soap or hand towel in the bathroom, there were also no towels or rags in the kitchen, and there wasn’t even a sponge with detergent - which made it difficult to wash the dishes), but I think if you ask - they will provide you with the missing items without any problems! The beach (Alona Beach) is 7 minutes by bike, there are no shops within walking distance, but there are a couple of cafes. Overall, these little things didn't spoil our stay! I recommend! Suitable for both short and long stays.

Арендовали эти апартаменты на неделю. Первое преимущество- это стоимость! Второе- персонал: всегда подскажут, как проще и выгоднее поехать куда нибудь, где что купить и ТД. Удивительно, но факт: в апартаментах есть общая кухня с холодильником, кулером, посудой и настоящей кофемашиной и зернами, всегда можно воспользоваться. Доплата только за газ, если решите что нибудь приготовить. До пляжа Кота 5 минут, до всех едален также.Я полностью довольна , главное не думать, что за небольшую( очень,благодаря трип.ком) стоимость, вы заселитесь в пять звёзд. Всем рекомендую!

Very accessible location to airport and near Alona beach. Many shops, stores, foods kiosks and resto just around the corner. Just need some improvement for the bathroom area in the room we stayed. Over all, we are happy 😊

Woken up at 06:45am by owner playing music. Who then had a loud telephone conversation under my window. They offer a budget room - no kettle, no coffee, no bottled water, no toiletries, but charge a higher price. Breakfast is advertised as included, but it is only partly. You are allowed 200 pesos free (1 coffee is 100, 1 French toast is 100), after that, you have to pay for anything additional. On arrival, I informed staff that my toilet was broken as the flush did not work. They told me they'd look into it. When I returned, I was informed that I was right, it was broken, and I was given a bucket to flush.
