Cozy and clean.
Located close to the main attractions.
The air conditioning didn't work throughout our entire stay. We asked for it to be fixed, but there was no response. When we followed up via WhatsApp, they ignored the issue. We had to sleep with the window open, but there's a bar nearby that's open until 5 AM with people partying and making noise, which naturally made it hard to sleep.

Great location close to all main tourist attractions! The staff are incredibly friendly with excellent English, but they work so hard—management, please give them a raise and more days off to rest :)! Cons: The hotel is near a bustling party street, so definitely bring earplugs. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Good and fast check-in 🙏 The hosts are very responsive, and there's an elevator (very convenient with luggage). The room has everything you need; it's clean and cozy. The bed linen smells absolutely wonderful. You can book breakfast (Abdullah cooks excellent meals). All the staff are friendly and kind. There's a bus stop next to the hotel, and Taksim Square is just 5 minutes away. The sign isn't immediately visible, but look for the blue door! 🫶 Also, there are very noisy children yelling on the street late into the night.

JUST AWESOME!
The room was incredibly cozy and atmospheric! The hot water was amazing, like in a hammam! The location is convenient, close to the main attractions.
Unfortunately, they didn't clean it even once, and after 7 days, the room was incredibly dirty. The entire floor was covered in dust and hair. This is a great option for a short stay. There's a supermarket nearby!

I didn't expect any quality at such room price. The room was 502 and it was actually worse than on the photo. I'll walk on the pluses and minus.
Plus:
Location - 50 meters to Istikla, 5-10 minutes to metro;
Comfortable bed;
Even at +5 degrees, the room was not too cold, the blanket was warm;
Minorities:
Already yellow towels, such as shame even in the economy hotel to issue guests;
The absence of shelves, glasses, hooks in the bathroom for hygiene and towels;
Bad working leaks at normal water pressure from the crane;
The absence of trash removal from the room every day.
In general, the room for such money is normal but old poor towels, lack of room for hygiene and undecorated baskets with trash are upset. About noise insulation, it is not in such places.

I stayed for 3 nights, and they cleaned the room every day, provided plenty of amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner), and having a microwave in the room was incredibly convenient. It was also incredibly clean. What I liked most was the cleanliness and the strong water pressure; after a full day of sightseeing, coming back to a warm shower and a good night's sleep really washed away all the fatigue. The location is close to the airport bus stop, and there are many restaurants and a fixed-price supermarket (Migros) nearby. Check-in and check-out were quick, and everyone was very friendly. The housekeeping staff were always bright and kind too. Oh, and there's a cafe or restaurant-like place in the same building, which is great for grabbing toast or pastries in the morning. I'd definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul.

A nice hotel in the Balat area. On the second line from the embankment. What's good, as the road would be very humous. The views are excellent. The restaurant on top is chic. At the bottom is a nice cafe in the euro style. Delicious dessert and coffee.
The room itself got very small. There was no place to put even the suitcase. Without the closet, just a stump with three hangers. Mini showers:) but everything is clean and with everything necessary (gel, shampoo, soap, towels, slippers). A comfortable bed. There was also a teapot and a capsule coffee machine with capsules in the room. TV. For one day staying very good. If longer, either (I hope) will give another room more spacious and with a closet. Well, or this option is simply not suitable.

FF4radsThe Naz Wooden Inn was fully booked, apparently and they put me up at their sister hotel - Denize Houses and the location is amazing, room is clean and area is safe. Would recommend to fellowsolo female travellers.. Max about 11 mins walk from Hotel

GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel for one night and loved everything. It's a great location, in a vibrant area, with Migros and numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The metro is a 15-minute walk away.
We were given a room on the 6th floor, comfortable and quiet, even with a sea view.
The sheets and towels were clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower had hot water instantly, so there was no waiting time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a three-storey house, coupled with a cafe outside (where the tastiest breakfast is served (thanks!)). My room was very nice, thought through, I really liked the oldish appearance of the house itself and the design of the room, wooden furniture and huge windows. Since the room was on the first floor and the windows were facing the cafe, it was a little noisy in the evenings, and I needed to pull down the curtains as well. The room had all the listed appliances (incl. a small fridge and a kettle) but I lacked a table, however I guess the room size does not allow for it. The main advantage for me was the location: I really love that district, walked around it a lot. There are two very pleasant parks that descend to Bosphorus (going down the slope is pretty easy), and there is Üsküdar dock nearby if you want to get to other parts of the city by ferry. The metro station is ±8-10 min away and there are shops and local restaurants around.

The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney.
The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea.
The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point.
The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too.
The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting.
The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea.
Overall a fantastic stay.

First class hotel. Stayed 3 days and could have stayed longer. The rooms are 4 star and the staff maintained this at a very high level. The reception staff made our visit very easy with there knowledge of the area. And the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good. Quyen and Nguyen were wonderful in service and there happy smiles made for a lovely experience. Well done to the Management here. This is a well run hotel.

Reached hotel at 2 AM, still people are there to ch3ckin. Decent complementary turkish breakfast with limited options. The hospitality of the hotel is really good. They are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it to a friend
Note :There are 3 - 4 hotels with the same name ,so please the location as Aksaray while mentioning to taxi drivers. I got confused while booking taxi from the airport mentioned as Fatih, but they have hotel in same location they have two hotels

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Unexpectedly, I was impressed by the kitchen.
There was an electric kettle and we enjoyed coffee and tea. There was also a microwave, so it was easy to heat up a meal in the evening. The bedding was soft and comfortable.
And most importantly, the showers were nice! The showers in this hotel are the warmest in Turkey.
The owners are very caring and easy to contact if you need anything.
The Grand Bazaar is close by and was a fun place to shop. There is also a supermarket nearby.
I wish I could have stayed in this hotel more often. I would use this hotel again! Thank you very much.
