The hotel still picked us up from Furongzhen Railway Station and drove us to the scenic area even though I had already changed trains twice that day and made it terribly confusing for them to know what time I'd arrive. The scenic area required a small entry fee and ticket. They walked us to the hotel and helped us check in. The town is absolutely stunning and the photos attached are only photos I took from near our hotel. You can walk to the Waterfall in a few minutes. The hotel room itself was spacious and clean with nearly everything made out of wood giving it a very unique vibe. The morning breakfast was very basic but fine. I recommend everyone to stay one night at Furongzhen if you're going to Zhangjiajie, arrive at night and leave in the morning as the lights turn off at around 12am.

The owners are really friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at noon with our suitcases, the owner immediately helped us with our luggage, and his wife was also very kind. The inn is about a fifteen-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the double room on the second floor doesn't get any sunlight, so it can be a bit dark. The twin room gets sunlight and would be a better option, so I'd recommend booking a twin room.

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! 🏨 It's right in the heart of the scenic area, with food streets and trendy shops right downstairs. Super convenient for exploring and dining. The room amenities are incredibly thoughtful; it even comes with a washing machine 🧺, which is so practical for travelers like us! And the hygiene details are top-notch – the face towels are disposable, clean and reassuring, making it very friendly for germaphobes. What truly surprised me was the service! 💯 Every time we returned from sightseeing, the front desk staff would greet us warmly and even actively recommend genuinely fun places, helping us avoid tourist traps. They were as reliable as local friends! This perfect combination of hotel location + thoughtful facilities + warm service really made our stay super comfortable! We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit, highly recommended to all fellow travelers! 🌟

This is by far the most impressive place that we have stayed during our trip. It's new, great design with a lot of details to blend in Chinese style, i.e., water tap design, bed spread, and cushion. The owners are very friendly and booked the tickets for us at discounted prices. They even provide one complimentary trip to pick up or drop off from the bus station station. The lift made it very convenient with luggage. The only downside if I have to pick one is the location. It's not located in the main town centre side, and it takes about 25 minutes to walk to the East gate, but the price is also lower. Great value for money. One thing worth mentioning is that the small shops around can be pricy, it is definitely worth walking to the town centre for some reasonable priced shops. Overall, it is a great place to stay, value for money, and highly recommended.

The hotel located near Furongzhen waterfall, and I got room upgrade to see the river view. The hotel also provide 1 ride to pick up at high speed train station and special ticket price to Furongzhen 80 yuan per person. Breakfast is local dish (noodle/wonton/bun/boiled egg and boiled rice. The owner is nice and willing to communicate by we chat or Trip message.

The guesthouse is incredibly close to the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. The owner has fantastic taste; it's a shame we were in such a rush this time that we couldn't fully enjoy the stay. On the first floor, they also have a variety of creative souvenirs. I bought my daughter some duckies, and she absolutely adored them! After a morning of hiking, a lovely bath in the evening completely washed away all my aches and pains. The guesthouse's towels were incredibly soft, which really shows how much care the owner puts into the details. Erdaobaihe Town is absolutely beautiful; I particularly enjoyed strolling through the parks. I truly hope to bring my daughter back here again someday!

We stayed at the hotel for one night during the golden week! It was super busy but we enjoyed our stay a lot! The view is really nice on the bridge! Luckily it’s not in the middle of the town (because of the noise and busyness) I liked the location a lot because we could walk everywhere!! Great bathroom, super nice shower! Bed was comfortable ! Room was clean! No elevator but they helped us with our suitcases! Very kind host brought us to the train station the day of departure!

I’m a kiwi girl travelling through the Hunan province for the first time and I am so glad I chose this accommodation! I keep telling everyone to go here because it was incredible! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They’ll pick you up from the train station, carry your bags through the cobblestone streets and upstairs to your room. They took me to the evening performances, brought me snacks and recommended restaurants. When the restaurant didn’t have cocktails, the staff went back to the hotel to make me a cocktail!!! The location was divine and the view overlooking the waterfall and town took my breath away. The amenities were incredible also, everything was up to date and could be voice activated. My only area of improvement was the hole in the skirting by the bathroom and a cockroach crawled out of there but I would 100% go back again!!

It is located in a great location in Miao Village. The room facilities are unexpectedly good. The owner upgraded us to a suite for free and provided considerate pick-up and drop-off. The most comfortable thing is that the owner's mother cooks delicious food. It is the most delicious meal I have had in Hunan in recent days. Full of praise!
