My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from the very first moment. The welcome was impeccable, making me feel immediately comfortable and valued as a guest. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a basket of fresh fruit, which was a thoughtful and refreshing touch. The following day, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast. Everything was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options. What made the experience even more special was the breathtaking view over the village, which created a perfect and relaxing atmosphere. I would also like to highlight the reception staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Every one of my requests was met with efficiency and a smile, including assistance with laundry services. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The room itself was cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, the bedding was clean, so I slept really well. The location is fantastic, directly opposite the Tianmen Mountain cable car lower station, just a few minutes' walk away. The owner was also very welcoming and helped me with my luggage. The front desk even gave us some oranges! There are plenty of restaurants in this area too, so it's a great spot. It's about a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie West Station.

In the morning, you can watch the waterfall mist unfurl over the green mountains and the river shimmer. At night, enjoy the illuminated waterfall, with its golden-purple cascade blending with the ancient town's starlight. Sitting on the balcony, brewing tea and admiring the view, you truly become a relaxed wanderer amidst the landscape. What's even more impressive is how the guesthouse balances stunning views with comfort. Excellent soundproofing blocks out the waterfall's roar, leaving only the visual spectacle. The plush, supportive mattresses and skin-friendly bedding ensure travelers enjoy a restful night's sleep surrounded by nature.

We stayed 2 nights. The hosts are very friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the style is traditional. I really like the decoration of the room with traditional charm. It was walking distance from the cable car station to go to Tianmen Mountain 天门山. Many good restaurants are also around by walking distance. What i didn't like was the noise in the morning on the street and the plane as the airport is not far.

Excellent location. the restaurant next to the hotel is pretty decent (not sure if there is better ones around, but since we stayed only 1N and has limited stomach capacity...) the view from the balcony at night is simply amazing. the hot water may be a bit weak (considering it is winter period now), otherwise everything is good. do contact the hotel to check for recommended transport arrangement from the furongzhen station (if you are taking hsr). otherwise the location at this hotel is pretty good. it is almost like the central spot with path linking to different parts of the town you want to visit.

Beautiful little place to stay, less than 5 mins from Avatar mountains. 25 min from Tianmen Mountain and 40 min from Grand Canyon. Service was so lovely they always know as soon as you come downstairs to start getting your food ready to cook for breakfast and it was a variety of different traditional servings. The receptionist would drive us to nearby restaurants and even organise larger rideshare (because of our luggage) when we can’t find one at all. Such luxury experience with mountain view. Very cold at night but they will always prepare your room for when you get back from an outing with the room nice and warm :) Hotel dog was very attentive and would walk us to the shops and back. No elevator though but not to worry, the receptionist will not only carry one but TWO heavy luggage cases up the stairs, for you. Her service was excellent! She also gave us some food for the road as we checked out. Would recommend staying here.

The owner provides great service. The room has a beautiful view, and there is also a pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed rail station. If I have the chance, I would love to stay here again.

The lady who received us is very helpful. Help us book tickets and guide us how to visit the national forest various attractions. As my friend does want to walk too much, she tells us which path to avoid and what are the must visit attractions. On the 1st day her husband sent us to the park entrance foc. It os5 very easy to book DiDi ehailing private hire to go to national forest. I will stay when I come back to wulinyuan. The hotel is located in the street where there are continent shops, restaurant shops that sell breakfast. It is a 10 mins walk to the town center where you find many restaurants and shops.

The best hotel me and my mom have been to!! We were so well taken care of!! The entire staff and owners were incredibly kind to us! They provided with an itinerary for the short stay we had! They helped us with dinner. The breakfast was delicious, the best we’ve had in entire China! The room is so cozy, all the woods and the decor make you feel in another century, so beautiful! Loved the design and architecture!! All the amenities are most helpful while travelling we didn’t worry about a thing! The beds were so comfortable!! The view stunning! We arranged shuttle with them and it was really easy to go from and to the railway station! We are incredibly thankful to everyone and wish them all the best in their life! Can’t wait to come back☺️

The B&B's location is a bit out of the way, and the exterior isn't particularly striking, but the room's decor and furnishings were clearly chosen with great care. The room I booked was over 100 square meters, with its own tea room and panoramic glass windows, perfect for enjoying the view while sipping tea. The complimentary fruit platter and snacks were fresh and delicious. The absolute highlight was the butler at the front desk; his service was truly exceptional, going above and beyond to meet every request with an excellent attitude. I left something at my previous B&B, and he actually drove there himself to retrieve it for me – I was incredibly touched! The B&B's breakfast is a freshly prepared set menu with a good variety, and the beef noodles were especially tasty. I truly hope this B&B continues to thrive and flourish.
