Words cannot describe how nice the owner & all the staffs. Owner helped to buy us tickets,give us Zhangjiajie National forest English map,and guide us through the forest on the map. Staffs helped us to heat our halal food. The hotel is nearby to halal restaurants by foot,near to attractions (East Gate),massage center & shops. Hotel offered free ride from and to East Gate. The hotel has river view and we get to have breakfast by the river. Our room also has balcony.

Best views and location ever. The room was super clean, the bed is confortable, a/c works great. TV id duper cool because it is a proyector, everything is in Chinese. It is so convinient that they offer free airport/ train station drop off and pick up. We booked last minute and the price was pretty high my recommendation is to book ahead of time so you don’t end up paying more than what is really worth.

We had such a wonderful stay here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. 1. We requested an early check‑in at 10:30 AM, and the staff kindly prepared the room in time. 2. When we needed a paper printed, they helped us immediately without hesitation. 3. They provided us with a map and explained the show timings clearly, which made exploring the town much easier. 4. Our room had a beautiful and peaceful riverside view—truly relaxing. 5. Both receptionists were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. 6. Even before our arrival, the hotel kept following up and responded promptly to all my questions via Trip.com. Everything about this stay—from the thoughtful service to the serene view—made our Furong visit memorable.

This hotel is worth every cent, the rooms are clean and tidy with beautiful decor. It is nicely located close to the entrance of the town and provides an amazing view to the waterfalls. I would totally recommend a visit to this place; The best part was how helpful and attentive the staff is providing ease to schedule transport to and fro the station, notes about the town and helping carry all the luggage

Amazing hotel for the price, and the staff are so lovely, kind and helpful! We arrived using the free transfer service, and were welcomed with an upgraded room looking down onto the ancient town - which was particularly amazing at night. The hotel is very conveniently located next to an entrance to the ancient town. Breakfast was nice, and the staff helped us with tickets to the ancient town. The rooms had a very nice atmosphere, and were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to any international tourists! Thank you!

Beautiful little hotel room right on the rivers edge. The view was amazing. Room is large and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom could do with a little freshen up or a deep clean but is no real issue. The manager was extremely helpful with everything we needed, came to meet us from the other side of the river to carry our bags and show us the way which we thought was super nice! We did book the “free” trip included in the booking which turned out not to be free, 40 yuan pp. It was also an exclusively Chinese speaking tour which is understandable being in China but we were never informed of this at any point and it does not make that clear in the description.

This guesthouse was a lovely place to stay. The staff were really helpful and kind, and the room was excellent. It is very close to the south gate of the national forest park, and the owner even drove us to the entrance in the morning. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Btw, the breakfast is 10/10.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff was incredibly attentive and took care of us 24 hours a day, making us feel truly welcomed and looked after from the very first moment. A very special thanks to Mr. Ren, who was absolutely outstanding. He handled everything for us with so much care and kindness, from upgrading our room so we could enjoy a better view, to being available at all times and always replying quickly to our messages about anything we needed. He guided us through the National Park, gave us clear directions, maps, tips, and recommendations, which made our whole experience smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located. On top of that, the dogs and all the animals around the hotel are incredibly cute and added such a warm, joyful atmosphere to our stay, we loved them! We are extremely happy that we chose this hotel and would 100% come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, genuine hospitality, and a memorable experience.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Our biggest discovery was the rooftop. The view from up there is simply mesmerizing — we spent our evenings there. It’s a place of pure peace that we will remember forever. But the true treasure of this hotel is its owners. We haven’t met such kind, caring, and sincere people in a long time. Unforgettable stay! If you want a charming, authentic, and 'best feel' local inn, this is it. The absolute best local, cozy inn you can find in Zhangjiajie! It has a humble setting full of character, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The absolute best local, short walk across the road to the cable car station. A MASSIVE shout-out to the daughter 🐑 who runs the place—her service is superb and goes far beyond what you could ever ask for. She was incredibly resourceful, answering my countless questions months before my arrival with sincere and very prompt replies! But wait, there's more! She booked all our park tickets with discounts (72 Wonder Towers, Tianmen Mountain and 4 days Zhangjiajie National Park. She even offered to help plan our itinerary for the National Park based on the weather conditions after we moved to a different accommodation.  She checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay, treating us truly like family. Her service is next level—beyond 5 stars! Her warmth and consideration made our trip unforgettable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
