The room and view is really great , everything is new , service is great too , i request to change the blanket type and they change it when i go out same day , appreciated
Facility in the room is great but the toilet flush too loud , the dimension of facility in bath room is set for small person(asia)
location quite far to walk to supermarket but they can take you there via car
Overall is great , will recommend other to stay here

This hotel is in such a beautiful village, with incredible views and very comfortable, large rooms. The staff are extremely helpful, driving us into the national park and even checking on us when we were out in the rain! The breakfasts are very delicious, too :) our favorite place we have stayed while traveling in Hunan!

Very nice bed and breakfast, close to the national park and the family will drive and can pick you up directly at the entrance. Very relaxing and great views. Really recommended, also not speaking Chinese was no problem.

It is very near Zhangjiajie National Forest Park South Entrance which is the main one. The front desk are very nice and can drop you off there. We booked the 4th floor unit which has a balcony have a very nice view of the park. I love the location because it is away from the city, takes about 30 min to get there from the homestay.

Absolutely perfect! The room is great the people very nice and the food was some of the best I had in china *-*
It is a bit far from the city so if you want to go out at night without taking a car this might not be for you, but for those like me that look for a beautiful and peaceful place to rest after walking through the zhangjiajie park it is absolutely perfect.

Room was very comfortable and equipped with heating bed (very useful for our stay since temperature was like 2 degrees).
Host was very helpful and can help you to plan your day in zhangjiajie.
The hotel is located near the south gate of the national park.

The room was comfortable, clean and very modern. The receptionist greeted us outside every time we’re arrived at the room, she drove us to the entrance of the South Gate, and turned on the heat in the room before we arrived in the evening.
It would have been nice to have tea and coffee packets in the room though. There was a kettle.

Beautiful place to stay, great view with good breakfast. Very attentive and helpful hosts who give us rides to the main park gates and village downhill. Good travel ideas from them too. Really took good care of us! Rooms beautifully furnished and love electric blanket

Banpoli Homestay has got to be one of the best hotels we have stayed at. This lovely small scale guesthouse is run by the loveliest family, mother, father and their two daughters. They are all so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The rooms are incredibly clean and offer many modern features and comforts including probably the biggest most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! The included breakfast was fantastic and set us up for a long day in the park. We absolutely recommend you also have your dinner here as it is lovingly prepared by the mother who is an exceptional cook! We will definitely be back here in the future. 😊
