I was really skeptical about staying at this budget hotel but it surpassed expectations. This was a booking made at the last minute as the other hotels we usually stay at were very very expensive on that particular night. Be prepared for really tiny rooms and a miniscule bathroom. Between the room door and the bed there was no space to lay down and open a standard 24” suitcase. Had to place my suitcase on the bed to be able to open it. If I stretched my arms out at 90 degrees I could touch both walls of the bathroom - it's a tiny square with just enough space to stand in one place and shower with the toilet and sink right in front of your body. The shower head was actually placed right above the toilet which was a first for me but if you are not too fussy it's manageable. You don't get any bath, face or hand towels - it's all one time use disposable stuff made from non-woven fibers - again a first for me in a hotel. But having said that it was still decent value for money. I paid less than half of what I would have paid at one of the hotels I regularly stay at. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. When I returned to collect my bag they just looked up and pointed straight at my bag amongst a pile of suitcases without any luggage ticket. Location is outstanding - in the heart of TST with the MTR station just across the road - very very convenient.

I was really lucky to find such a good value-for-money room in Hong Kong. I mainly learned about it from the positive reviews, which mentioned the large, clean rooms, excellent front desk service, and full amenities. The soundproofing was great; even though it faced the street, the area was quiet with minimal traffic. There's a small shopping mall nearby for food, drinks, and shopping, and it's close to the MTR station, about 600 meters away, making it easy to find.

I had heard that hotels in Hong Kong were small and expensive, but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and the room was larger than I anticipated, even featuring a big and a small bed. Plus, the large window offered a great view directly onto Nathan Road. I'm very satisfied.

This hostel is super easy to find! There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit A1 is just across the street. The street itself is bustling with shops like Muji, Donki, Sasa, and Sakura. Above the hostel is Kowloon Park, which is a big plus for anyone wanting to snap photos of the fountains – it's literally a step away! The popular Mong Kok Cafe is also only about 150 meters away. Just a heads up, you'll need to walk into the alley next to Haiphong Mansion, and there's no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to the 2nd floor. The room was surprisingly quiet, and the bathroom and shower were perfectly adequate. The air conditioning runs all day, which is great. Overall, fantastic value for money for a hostel!

This is a lively, budget-friendly hostel, perfect for solo travelers. As you can see in the second picture, there's a whole wall in the corridor covered with notes left by previous guests. The owner is an incredibly kind and helpful young woman who patiently answers all your questions. The room, though not large, is very clean and even comes with a universal adapter. The hotel is located right above the Mong Kok shopping street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. There are some excellent restaurants nearby, and it's easy to reach places like Sham Shui Po and Kowloon Tong by subway. The soundproofing is also quite good; once the windows are closed, you can't hear a thing, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep.

Nice little hotel in a very strategic location, near MTR exit and many attractions on Kowloon's Tsim Sha Tsui area. Although it's not a five-star hotel experience, you can't find better rooms for the price you paying for sure. If you're finding a great comfy places to sleep in a great location, have a look here first!

Small but perfectly formed, the room was clean and tidy. The hotel's service and attitude were exceptionally good, which is rare to find in Hong Kong. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast for two, thank you! 👍 The hotel's location is also excellent; it's very easy to find, just a short walk from the MTR station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

The location is fantastic! It's just a stone's throw from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit A. Victoria Harbour, Avenue of Stars, Harbour City, the open-top sightseeing bus, and the Star Ferry are all within walking distance. The room is new and clean, though a bit small, but that's pretty good for downtown Hong Kong. They offer various charging ports, including USB and Type-C, so you don't need an adapter, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave us detailed directions to the airport bus stop, which is just a three-minute walk to the right downstairs. The bus ride to Hong Kong Airport costs about 30+ HKD. There are also plenty of dining options right downstairs; we practically ate our way through the neighborhood during our stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

We truly enjoyed our stay here in Airy Stay. The accommodation was very clean, well-maintained, and matched the photos perfectly. The location was excellent—close to public transportation, convenience stores, and dining options, which made getting around the city very easy. They had shampoos and towels, everything you need! The staff welcomed us but she didn't speak English so we had trouble in communicating using google translate, you also need to message the owner in advance for the room number and passcode. The whole place was very quiet but clean. The rooms are located in the 9th floor, the floors below I assume is a bar? And the elevator was so small it could barely fit 6 people, and was super unclean. It reeks of cigarette from the men who rides the elevator everyday. But overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hong Kong!

The room furnishings are quite new, and the owner is very friendly, but you'll need to communicate in English. They provide disposable bath towels. There were a few ants in the room, but if you can overlook that, it's pretty good value for money. The bedding is comfortable and the shower water pressure is decent.

NNomijI am writing this based on my experience. We all have different opinions, and satisfactions. So overall for me is a 10/10 experience, its near at the mtr, busses and taxi’s. Also, a place comfy enough to sleep with. On our 8 days and 7 nights experience, we never encounter any difficulties or problems. The Aircon (AC), heater, lights, and flush are working. If you are going on a vacation here at HK, and looking for a place that is comfortable to sleep with. Few walks, from the hostel to MTR station, and your destination. Its also, near at K11 Mall, and victoria harbour which make this hostel a good option. And also, the fist day, we noticed the notes and its kinda witty, and we loved it 😂. It doesn’t matter to us, what our hostel looks like, as long as it was nice and comfortable to stay with. Note: If you didn’t receive and towels, you’re out of plastics, tissue. DON’T hesitate to message them (they are nice and friendly) and ask for it. If i’ll go back again, I’ll probably choose this hostel! I’m writing this right while riding the bus, and some of you may not care. Anyways, the date is April 30, 2026. Very Recent. Good price, good experience. ❤️

MMax_Nicole_When I booked I didn't knew it was in the Chungking Mansion. Its know as the ghetto. Let's start with the good thing. It has a great location, close to everything. The problem is that Chungking mansion is a massive appartement complex and has a streetmarket down. It is really unsafe according to fire safety. Everything has dust and I got really claustrophobic. The first night I didn't sleep cause I was scared of getting trapped in case of a fire. The cover of the bed was really dirty and had body liquid stains and fungus. So I end up sleeping under my disposable towel. I would have really want to go to another appartement, but I already paid really much money and a better place would have even cost way more money.

CChiapanecooSimple and clean place to stay. Fantastic location in Kowloon, near everything on that side. Fantastic wifi. Comfortable beds with curtain. There is hot/cool drinking water. No common area. Guests are mostly mainland Chinese. Be aware of the check-in process before booking!! If you don't already have an active and unblocked WeChat account, I suggest you do not book here. - Host does not respond to Trip.com messaging. Only via WeChat (but not a WeChat account linked to the phone number in the booking confirmation) - To find the WeChat code for check-in, locate ”Tsimshatsui Mansion” on Google maps. When you arrive, find elevator #1 or #2 (see attached map), and go to the 8th floor. Other elevators won't access the room - only use those two elevators! - Once you reach the door, scan the WeChat code, send them a screenshot of your booking confirmation, and within a few minutes they'll send you the codes. (I've attached a picture of the WeChat code.) - Be advised that WeChat is incredibly difficult for many foreigners to set up. It's not a simple app like WhatsApp or Line. You often need to find a person with a mainland WeChat account (not a HK account) to authenticate you, though even that fails sometimes. Don't wait until you're at the door to try to make an account. - Without Wechat, I'm not sure if you can check-in. There was one non-Chinese guest who stood outside for a while trying to set up WeChat, until a kind neighbor happened to pass by and scanned the WeChat code for her. - Host could simply send the check-in codes via Trip.com messaging. It would make their life a lot easier and things incredibly better for non-Chinese guests. I recommend they change to doing this.

Ppaolou27I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while there were some notable highlights, there were also areas where improvement could be made. First and foremost, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. Their hospitality truly made our stay more pleasant. The location of the hotel is undoubtedly one of its best features. It's very accessible, with a bus stop right in front of the property and an MTR station just a few steps away. This strategic spot also placed us conveniently close to popular attractions like the Avenue of Stars and a variety of famous dining spots behind the hotel, such as Cheung Hing Kee and Bakehouse. As for the rooms, while they were kept impeccably clean with daily fresh towels and duvets, they were quite small. The bathrooms, in particular, are so compact that it’s impossible to stretch your arms fully inside. Despite the size, the hotel does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness, with tidy hallways adding to the overall positive impression. Overall, this hotel is a good choice if you prioritize accessibility and cleanliness. However, if you need more spacious accommodations, you might want to consider other options.
