It is a very new B&B, only a five-minute drive from the entrance of Detian Waterfall Scenic Area. It is very convenient to stay here. You don’t have to queue up at the tourist center to wait for the bus. Outside the window is the Guichun River, and you can see Vietnamese houses from the window. The proprietress was very enthusiastic to introduce us how to play at Detian Waterfall, and she could also buy tickets for us. We woke up late in the morning, but the kitchen still made rice noodles for us separately. It was hot and delicious.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was exactly what I was looking for. My room had a panoramic window view of the mountains outside, and the hotel roof terrace is really nice too! Clean bathroom and western toilet. It was a great location for the Mingshi Scenic Area, and about 45 min drive from the Detian Waterfall area. The hotel helped me arrange a driver to take me to Detian and were very friendly. There are several local restaurants around to eat at, plus a Vietnamese coffee shop just 5 minutes walk away. Only downside is the walls are pretty thin and you can hear other people. But overall, it was clean, a good price, and convenient for my travels in Mingshi.

On the way back to Guizhou from Guangxi with the baby, because the time was a bit late, I wanted to find a place to rest in Sanjiang County for one night, and I found this hotel in the village by chance. First of all, I am very satisfied with the sanitation and reception service of the room. Secondly, what I want to express most is that the ethnic culture of Buyang Village is strong, the buildings of the stockade are scattered, and the village is full of a strong flavor of the year. Finally, I arrived at the tea garden not far from the hotel. The air was fresh and refreshing. It was a good place to raise lungs. The hotel owner is the local villagers, simple, enthusiastic, and hardworking to get rich through his own efforts, and is an excellent practitioner of rural revitalization.

It is a good little hotel. Very clean and rooms are large. I was concerned since it was very cheap but to my surprise it was a really good experience. Booked it for a quick stay overnight since my train arrive late at night. The old women is warm and friendly. Highly recommended.

Traveling in the off-season, the hotel is very close to the entrance of the scenic spot. The proprietress also upgraded the room type for free. She also helped to deliver the luggage to the room when there was no elevator. She was always considerate. Dinner was also eaten in the hotel lobby. The local specialty green bamboo fish and asparagus were transformed into delicious steamed fish and head-tail tofu soup by the proprietress's cooking skills. Highly recommended.
