Great place to stay. Keep in mind that they only served vegetarian food. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The heater and showers are working as it is supposed to. Staff are friendly and try to help out with your question.

Every time I come to Putuo Mountain, I always pass by this store. Sometimes I come in to have a vegetarian rest. It takes a few minutes to walk to Puji Temple. This time, I took advantage of the moderate price and booked a night's stay. The design of the corridor of the annex building surrounded by ancient trees is quite Zen. The guest room is relatively large and equipped with a small desk. At dusk, I lit a stick of incense and copied the "Heart Sutra" on rice paper. The heart is calm. The only drawback is that the spotlight above the desk is too bright and a bit dazzling. It is recommended to change to a more suitable light for writing.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are simple and comfortable, full of Zen feeling and quiet. I like to sit in the lobby and drink tea to relax myself. The front desk service is also good. On the day of check-in, the guests' WeChat was added for one-to-one service, which is also excellent. The butler Xiao Wangsi also answered all questions and took the initiative to ask customers about their feelings 👍. I hope it will get better and better. I will stay here again when I go to Putuo Mountain next time.

I have been to Putuo Mountain several times, and I have always stayed in a hotel next to Ruyi Pavilion. This time I booked the newly opened BY, but cancelled it on the day of check-in and booked Ruyi Pavilion. Although I gave feedback to Xiao Wang, the housekeeper, because of the poor sound insulation during my stay, I was satisfied with the housekeeper's handling results and the service was also enthusiastic. The housekeeper Xiao Wang kept asking if there was anything I could help with, which was very considerate! But what surprised me was that I wanted to store my luggage before checking out. While waiting, I saw you patrolling every corner of the lobby, your eyes paying attention to every detail, and you came to me and asked if I needed any help. Then you helped me store my luggage, and sent it to the door while chatting. You are so experienced in Buddhist etiquette and etiquette that you have been enlightening me. Because it was raining and I didn't bring rain gear, you lent me an umbrella and gave me a sentence at the same time, which I will never forget. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 in the morning. The hotel provides a very considerate shuttle service from the pier. The hotel front desk is equipped with a housekeeper. The first choice is Ruyi Pavilion, which is close to Puji Temple, about five or six minutes' walk, which is convenient for the morning class at 3:00 the next day. The hotel has been around for some time since its opening. As soon as you enter the door, you can still feel the ever-quiet, elegant, and uncluttered atmosphere. The weather is cold at night and they also send foot bathing medicine bags for foot bathing. The sheets are very comfortable, soft and warm. The bed is also very comfortable. The pillow is cassia seed. Every inch of the hotel is a scene. You can see the intention of the boss and designer. The hotel is meticulously done and exquisite, very Zen. There are bookshelves in the room, and the lobby is a good place to drink tea and read books. Our 3-year-old children like to sit in the lobby and read for 2 hours. I have been in Putuo Mountain for almost ten years. This is my favorite hotel. I really regret that I only stayed for one night in 5 days. I will choose this one in the future. I also want to say that the hotel service is very good. There is no need to run to the pier. There is a special car to pick up and drop off from other hotels. It is really considerate. First of all, I would like to praise the geographical location. The hotel is very close to Puji Temple. You can walk a few hundred meters to catch the Puji Temple at 6 am. Opposite the hotel are the Internet celebrity restaurants Yuan Jue Yuan Wei (the least disappointing one among the ten meals in Zhoushan) and Zaozishu (Zaozishu is expensive, rare and average). It is easier for people who don't want to walk for breakfast, lunch and dinner to find food. After all, you can only walk on your own two legs on the island, which is very tiring. Although the hotel is small, it has everything. I booked two rooms for one night, more than 2,000 yuan. For people like me who care about the dry and wet separation toilet when staying in a hotel, the moment I saw this bathroom was a collapse. Of course, after using it and the design of the room, it can be seen that the designer spent a lot of ingenuity and thought. What calligraphy writing and activities are posted on Xiaohongshu, the front desk didn't tell me a word, I don't know where it is, and I don't dare to ask. For me, the hotel doesn't feel any other atmosphere except sleeping at night. In addition, the sound insulation is indeed poor, and the sound of flushing the toilet next door can be heard clearly. What I don't quite understand is that this hotel can only be checked in after 2pm. When I arrived at 2pm, they said that the room had not been cleaned yet and asked me to wait. It was only after I went to the front desk to urge them that the room card was given to me, saying that it had been cleaned. If I didn't urge them, would they not give it to me? Personally, it is difficult for me to accept checking in after 2pm and checking out before 12pm. After all, I paid for a full-time room, didn't I? In summary, at this price of more than 1,000 per night, I think there are still many hotels to choose from on the island, especially newly renovated hotels with large dry and wet separations. I will not come here for the second time. Fortunately, the island changed hotels the next day and I did not stay there. The advantage is that the location is relatively good, and you don't have to walk around to find food. You can also catch the first batch of people to burn incense at Puji Temple in the morning. And the scenery of the hotel, the path is quite classical. It is suitable for daydreaming.

The location is very good, very close to Puji Temple, the furnishings are well maintained, the room is separated into dry and wet areas, and foot bath buckets and medicine bags are thoughtfully prepared, which are very practical. Let me talk about the service. There are minibuses to pick up and drop off on the island, and there will be a small housekeeper to ask about your well-being. This time, my little housekeeper Xiao Ding was very just right in our two-day and one-night trip. For Shanghai tourists like me who like a sense of measure and boundaries, the experience is very good! I also want to talk about a small episode of breakfast in the morning. We had a late meal, and there was no jam on the bread side, only honey. I looked at it, and maybe my whisper was heard. It should be that the duty manager saw it and brought me my favorite strawberry jam, and took the initiative to bake bread slices. Later, I shared it with my colleagues. I didn't expect that many people have stayed here. My parents are very satisfied. I will still choose your home next time I come.
