Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful...they knew we were going out on a cool day and they offered us two small bottles of warm honey drink. The hotel is new, very very clean and with very flexible policy...we were allowed to check in at 6am with a reasonable payment. Breakfast were wonderful. All day you can enjoy the coffee, drinks and also yogurt. The indoor and outdoor sitting of the restaurant is very nice. Very near MRT station; walking distance to a lot of restaurants/stalls with good food - across the street is Mcdonald. -- ＞We decided to extend another day stay there.

On the third day of my trip to Wuhan, I stayed at Wanda Reign Hotel. The location of this hotel is amazing! [Strong] The hotel is adjacent to East Lake and Han Show Theater. The entrance to Metro Line 8 is 100 meters to the left of the hotel. Across the road is the new internet celebrity check-in spot Chuhe Hanjie, which is very convenient for transportation. The hotel decoration can be called luxurious, especially the lobby. The three large walls are covered with huge murals made of Afghan jade, depicting the spectacular scenery of East Lake, which is amazing. The rooms are all equipped with modern first-class facilities, and there are massage chairs. After traveling and returning to the room, massage and relaxation are very enjoyable. I have to talk about the service in particular. Before checking in, I received a call from Jessica, the hotel housekeeper, and added WeChat. For two days, she cared about our living conditions throughout the whole process. In particular, on the first day of check-in, I felt that the air conditioning effect in the room was not ideal. After hearing the news on the second day, she immediately dispatched and changed my room, so that we had a good rest. After checking out, she specially saw us off at the front desk and called a taxi for us. I would like to express my deep gratitude here! [Strong][Rose] The buffet breakfast is rich in variety. I have to mention the [Youyan] Chinese restaurant. A senior chef from Jinling Hotel came here and the restaurant mainly serves Huaiyang cuisine. We ate there for two consecutive days and were full of praise for the taste. Before leaving, we also brought freshly made scallion pancakes back to Shanghai. The service of the restaurant manager Xu is also first-class. [Wanda Ruihua] is remarkable as a high-end hotel in China.

Everything js Best . They free upgrade my room and add breakfast. Also offer welcome drink and gift. Hotel staff very nice . Hotel locations exactly in Jiaohang Road , metro is beside, so convenient. Restaurant food is cool . Room big , new , clean and everything have . I recommend to everyone

I traveled to Jiangcheng during the Spring Festival holiday. I chose this hotel and stayed on the 53rd floor. Although it was raining, it was a very good experience to overlook the river and the light show from the hotel. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is downstairs from the hotel. It is not far from Hankou Railway Station. It is also very convenient to cross the river by subway and take the bus to the Yangtze River Bridge. The buffet is very suitable for children. The hotel service is excellent and very considerate. The five-day and four-night experience is quite good.

Excellent location and view from hotel. Easy access to tourist spots. Clean quiet rooms, good hotel service.

Amicable service for a boutique styled hotel. Was given a free upgrade and hotel staff brought up a complimentary fruit plate to my room. The room layout was very good as bathroom was well segregated with the bedroom. Good location as it’s walking distance to the famed Jianghan pedestrian street. Nothing to complain about as the price is really reasonably priced too. Overall was a wonderful stay. Thumbs up.

It was a great decision to choose this hotel for this trip! I must praise the service at the front desk, which made me feel warm from the moment I checked in. The staff was enthusiastic, professional and efficient, patiently answering all my questions and providing super thoughtful suggestions based on my needs, helping me quickly plan the surrounding tours and food guides. Checking out was also quick and thoughtful, which made me feel like a spring breeze. Their high-quality service undoubtedly added a lot to the entire trip, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is in a prime location. Jiangtan Park is just across the road from the hotel. You can also enjoy the river view when taking a walk in the morning and evening. It is recommended to walk from the hotel to Jianghan Road for about 30 minutes. One way is to take photos of the night view of the Yangtze River along Jiangtan Park. The other way is the road behind the hotel, with many historical buildings along the way. The waiter on the 23rd floor cleaned the room in a timely manner and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. The hotel's indoor swimming pool is clean and sparsely populated and not open to the public. The breakfast is rich and has a variety of specialties. The Thai food in the revolving restaurant on the 41st floor is delicious. I visited the Hubei Museum, the Wuchang Uprising Memorial Hall, the Yellow Crane Tower, and the Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The food and snacks are affordable. Looking forward to the next in-depth tour.

i absolutely loveeddd my stay in this hotel. the ambience 10/10. the receptionist was so nice, she gave us free breakfast for the next morning. their customer service was so good too and the room looked exactly how it is on the website and even better you can take a lot of pictures in the lounge. a very affordable hotel with a 5 star rating from me. i’m definitely going to book again if i ever come again to wuhan🥹😍
