The room is good, it feels that the service does not match the hardware of the hotel, it seems that their front desk is more enthusiastic to serve whites! The small refrigerator is still locked, it is speechless, and I have lived in many high-end hotels. This situation is unique... Overall, the experience is not so good, it needs to be improved, there is no coffee machine in the room, the front desk says that the lobby is always available. However, after the first day of drinking, there was no more 😓😓😓😓😓 friends lived next to Hyatt, which is a good price.

The environment and service are quite average. The washing machine in the laundry room cannot be used after the coin is inserted, and it has not been returned. Every time I ask to clean the room, no one cleans it

Come to DC to live in Park Hyatt for 3 days. The area where you are located should be good. If you take a taxi, you can't go anywhere, but if you take the subway, there is still a distance from the subway station. The doorman is more welcoming. The only drawback is that the three nights of staying in the hotel did not change the toiletries once.

Breakfast is good, happy hours in the evening, free drinks. The hotel has an underground car park, which costs 50 knives per night. There is a public underground parking lot of 35 knives at a junction to the south, less than 50 meters. The best thing is that the hotel staff is very dedicated and friendly.
