Had a 2 night stay booked in the Hilton Stucky, in a Club room, Venice. Arrived at 11am as we just came off a cruise. Unable to check in till 3pm which was unfortunate. Got access to the executive lounge and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, looks like a corridor off the main lounge, as there was no solid divider the noise was too much, have used Hilton brand around the world and as a past Diamond member, was left disappointed with this one. After checking in at 3pm we went to the room, 3rd floor, take something to leave a trail as there are many corridors to navigate to get to the room. The suit was large and tidy, but overall it looked dated & tiered Plenty storage Bathroom was large with Bath & shower, problems with them draining. Also a lot of mould in shower Not that I watch a lot of Tv, but only 3 English channels, 2 news programs Take plenty of bug spray, as lots of bugs in the hotel and they bite a lot Good shuttle into St Marks, every 30mins, only takes 39 pax at a time, so beware at busy times. Never ate in the hotel, so cannot comment. Sky bar gives excellent views over Venice and bar staff very friendly. Does get busy

Starting with a private boat ride to the hotel is a great way to get there. The location is close to the iconic rialto bridge. When you get in you get a quick explanation of the history and background of the building and it's (former) owners. It has limited number of rooms that are fully equipped and modern by every standard, super quiet airco/heater, high end tv with apple tv, free bar in room, etc. All of which you would expect for the price tag. The location is perfect and if you don't know it and want to reach it by walking, good luck in finding the entrance! Unfortunately the wellness was closed due to Covid. The staff is very helpful and attentive in general. The breakfast was great, you ask what you want and they serve it. The view from the breakfast room was amazing, the chairs for a 5 foot 6 inch (197 cm) are a little challenge, it is like sitting in an old 911! We tried to get lunch and after an initial glitch were able to get the dinner menu. We also tried dinner and were taking the recommendation of the chef, which was the only point we weren't impressed about. Overall i have to say it is worth a short stay to explore the town, and also enjoy this magical place!

The hotel is in an excellent location. Salute Station is definitely the first choice when entering Venice. It can be quiet and quiet. The hotel is next to the Dormition Church. Everything is good, the location is quite good, there are boats to go out at the door, and live in a quiet place, no special noise at night. The only fly in the ointment is that the room is arranged on the first floor. The room next to the bar is a bit strange, but overall it is good! And the hotel restaurant is recommended by Michelin! Having got the shuttle bus from the airport to the bus station, it was only a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We had a corner room overlooking a canal with lovely big windows on both sides of the room. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was also very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and although I was a bit concerned about breakfast, with being coeliac, I needn't have worried as they provided gluten free cereal and bread and soya milk if you are lactose free. After long days walking all around Venice, it was lovely to get back to the hotel and find a quiet and peaceful little haven away from the bustling streets. Be aware though, it is a good 15 mins to reach the main part of Venice and about 30 mins to get to St .Marks Square. However, the local water buses are very frequent and with a day pass you can travel all over Venice. We really enjoyed the walking though, and loved going down narrow streets and crossing all the numerous bridges, stopping for coffee frequently. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous hotels .....under every look! The location is strategic and comfortable, just 12 minutes from Piazzale Roma, 23 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 5 minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, a place full of characteristic rooms, where it is easy to find what you like to eat or drink. The rooms are clean, wide and equipped with all comforts! The hotel has a friendly and always available staff. Excellent breakfast! Finally, our stay was special to Filippo and Francesco, the owners, who have been made completely available since our arrival and for the rest of our stay!

This place worked really well for our family of five Visiting VENICE and staying 4 nights at the hotel Elegant building with period features, very large room on top floor, cleaned everyday and nicely decorated. Comfy beds, very hot shower, good heating. Extra duvets available for all of us. Breakfast offered enough choice but short on fresh fruit . There was a fruit salade but personally prefer to be able to choose the fruit I like Charming hostess who prepared nice capuchinos and hot chocolate. The codes system was fine once you get the hang of it. Takes a few Times. The Unmanned luggage storage also fine. Location is very convenient: 3-4 minutes away from Piazzale Rome and connect to vaporettos to grand canal, murano, bus airport etc. And 15-20 minutes on foot to most interesting places. San Marco a bit longer. We enjoyed all the walks from and to the hotel and discovered plenty of charming squares and bridges. Interesting option to Walk to Nearby Santa Marta to take a vaporetto and reach San Marco from the sea! Spectacular! We had little luggage but there is a lift. Charming terrace which we did not use as it was too cold in early January. To improve: pillows were not comfortable (hard and small), no shelf to leave personal stuff near the sink in the bathroom, and in the shower.No coffee bags and milk units on the shared room where a kettle is at guests disposal. We could only find a few teabags in those 5 days. We certainly recommend this place, in particular for families.
