Room is well decorated. Services at the front desk is not upto it’s 5-star rating. It took me over 20 minutes to get checked in. When I checked out, I was asked to pay for my pre-paid room?! Please be careful when you check out and avoid being double charged. Honestly, the senior staff at the front desk was very helpful. The location is fairly convenient. It is just a 8 minutes walk from metro station where you can get to the airport within 40 minutes for KC 32! Cheap! There is a good restaurant next door and a convenient store around the corner. Gym is small. The treadmill was not functioning right. Not enough dumbbells. But, they provide free bottled water and towels. I would say it is OK. Overall, the hotel is not a bad choice. Not fancy, but good enough.

This hotel is in the historic town centre near Wenceslas Square and Mustek Metro Station which connects to all places in Prague. Although centrally situated and within walking distance to tram, bars, restaurants and shops, it is an extremely quiet hotel. The welcome we had was so warm and welcoming, different to other hotels I have stayed in, there is water and sweets in the area and a lovely Gentleman at the door who gave us a warm welcome not just the first day but always had a friendly smile for us every day and the reception staff are very helpful, especially the young lady who helped us to get to the airport. We stayed on the second floor number 123 which had a huge bed, beautiful linen and plush pillows with cushions too, it was decorated lovely and had a fridge, air con and coffee machine. The bathroom was big and plenty of hot water and shampoo, shower gel, etc. which was replaced throughout our stay. The whole of the hotel is spotless clean, well so is Prague. The breakfast, well nobody could complain about it as it had something for even the fussiest of eaters. There was fruit juices, water, coffee, an assortment of teas, detox drink, cereals, fruit, cakes, different kinds of bread and rolls, cooked assortment and cold assortment with the most gorgeous cheese I have ever tasted. Croissants, small and large with chocolate and jams and lots of different fresh fruit, tinned fruit, yoghurts and a lovely pot with different layers of chocolate, fruit and yoghurt. Amazing breakfast, my niece is going to Prague and I have told her to stay at this hotel as it just hits all spots for me.

I looked at the picture of the deluxe double at this hotel and thought this would be a lovely place to stay with a view to match. Sometimes the hotel photos does not always match reality. This is not the case. We walked into the room and went wow! The room was exactly as pictured and the view from our room was stunning! Sunsets over the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, who could ask for more? In addition, the concierges were extremely helpful. They provided detailed information on how to take transit and where, also optional sites to visit. The breakfasts were excellent and even had optional hot items to choose from. Loved our stay there!!!!

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

Extremely disappointed for a 5 star hotel. It was our second visit to Prague as a couple. We usually travel across Europe several times a year for these occasions. We took a junior suite: deplorable soundproofing, hair in the bathroom, dirty bathtub drain The breakfast is not up to par: fruit juice extra, espresso coffee extra, 2 or 3 varieties of tea in low-end bags, the dining tables are not cleaned as you go. In the breakfast room, some of the staff are not attentive and spend their time ”giggling” leaning 2 or 3 people on the cutlery unit. The vacuum cleaner was done at breakfast time. Only one size of pillow available, these are back pillows, extremely decorative but not very comfortable for sleeping, and if you ask, no other size is possible. Some broken furniture. This spoils an exceptional room, despite everything pleasant staff and a privileged location. In short, for a 3 star Ibis, I would have said excellent, for a 5 star this is not admissible. We won't come back.

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

Great hotel! We checked in right at 8pm and the receptionist was so nice to stay past closing to get us checked in. We stayed four nights and on the second day we noticed that our sink was leaking water everywhere. We called reception and they immediately came u pro look at the situation and moved us to another room. It was a nicer room which was great but we appreciated how quickly they resolved the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. We also liked that there was a fridge and the AC. The location is great because there’s cheaper food places around the hotel but it’s like a 20 minute walk to the main square. Overall we loved this hotel and totally recommend it especially with the price.

So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

On the last night of the Czech Republic, I decided to set up a high-end hotel. The interior environment is good, clean and tidy. This is the only hotel in the Czech Republic that has prepared slippers. Hahaha... The front desk is also super good. We will prepare the map for us and help us set the next day. The taxi to the airport is regrettable because there is no calculation time and no early breakfast.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a metro station. You can park the car in the parking garage. We hadn't booked, but luckily we were able to park in the garage. As we walked to the front desk, we heard her say over the phone that the garage was full and that the guests they had on the line had to park on the street. Reservations are therefore recommended if you want to use the garage because we were just lucky. It was a nice hotel, good beds and close to the center.

This was our second visit to Mooo downtown and we were not disappointed. Arrived to a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was lovely! Apartments have everything you need including a dishwasher and there’s a washing machine in the bathroom and dryer in a cupboard outside on the landing. There is no reception desk in the building but The Mosaic House staff across the road are extremely helpful. This is where you check in and out and they are available to help with any questions or anything you need. Soundproofing is very good as we heard no noise from other guests. These apartments are great value when you compare with hotels. The building itself is beautiful and well kept. Location is central and shopping and restaurants are close by but you can easily jump on a tram. Highly teconnend Mooo downtown!

The staff was wonderful, rooms nicely decorated, and breakfast delicious. The bed was fabulous and the décor eclectic and interesting! The front desk was very helpful in giving directions and helping with taxis. We even got a welcome drink when we arrived. The location was perfect for walking the city and catching the tram or subway. The hotel had a café and lounge area that was very nice. The only minor complaint would be the A/C not blowing cold enough. My husband and I are used to cold A/C. But we were able to open windows and let in the cool night air, so it was fine. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The layout of the hotel front desk is also very thoughtful. The entrance platform 5 goes directly to the train station. Walk to the old town and the Charles Bridge is not far away. The front desk is very welcoming. Girls will also help you carry your luggage. Czech Republic as a tourist country is still very welcome for foreign tourists. The top floor of the dancing house is a bar, it should be necessary to buy something to enter the venue. But the toilet is at the elevator entrance and it seems to be free.

The room was very comfortable, but it was not possible to adjust the heating or cut it while it was at least 29o in the room. In addition, we noticed that we had only five minutes of hot water (approximately, and this during our stay). Another negative point: the carpet was sliced (unable to guess the nature of the task), the breakfast was medium (roasted bread, cold ”warm” plates, poor quality of some foods (chemical fruit juice, meat with 80% fat). However, it is important to highlight the positive points: the hotel is close to the bus, supermarkets, and especially almost in the city centre so very close to all the visits and the staff is pleasant but above all makes very available.
