Very bright and modern! Beautiful and cozy!

The room looks great in photos, but it's actually quite small, with mirrors all around. The hotel has its own dock for water taxis, the staff are very friendly, the check-in process is relatively simple, the room facilities and equipment are in place, the bedding is super comfortable, and the cleaning is also very attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

We were traveling as a family, so we always booked a family room for our convenience. The location was great, right by the canal, but there wasn't a canal view. One thing to note: although it's called a family suite, it's not a true suite. It's two connected rooms, like two superior standard rooms. The hotel didn't inform us of this in advance, which was a big disappointment. Otherwise, everything was fine.

You can book a water taxi from the train station to the hotel. The customer service also helped to contact us, which was great! The water taxi can also take us to the airport. The hotel is very special, with mirrors everywhere🪞, and the heating is very strong!
