The concierge boy was the best, his service was excellent. He was helpful in drying our shoes as it was wet due to the heavy rain. We check out early and wanted to catch the overnight bus, he was attentive and pack some water and banana for us to eat on the way. That was a great gesture.

Very helpful staff We request to check in early (6 o'clock) will get a reserved room like the first picture and will get the actual room around 9-10 o'clock, complete with equipment, good warmth. but the water is not hot, hot and cold The bed is very soft. The staff at the counter can communicate well in English. The left side of the hotel is about 2 kilometers away from the sunplaza. It's very comfortable to walk and take photos. There is a golf cart next to the convenient, affordable price. On the right side, we can walk to Cat Cat but very far. The bathroom has toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton buds, soap, shampoo, towels, snippers. A lot of plugs, there is a Wi-Fi router in the room. Well, the early check-in price is not expensive. I received a double booking and didn't inform you in advance, so I arrived late and had a hard time finding another accommodation. Even knowing the double book, they entice them to sleep in other accommodations ********

I had a three-day, two-night solo trip to Sapa. I chose Sapa Valley View because of its many positive reviews, and everything met my expectations when I arrived. They welcomed me warmly and provided guidance for my travels in the area. The room was beautiful and newly renovated, as the hotel owner mentioned, and the mountain views were breathtaking. There is just one small note: if you forget to close the door at night, the bright light from the room will attract many butterflies. Don't be surprised by this, as you are surrounded by a vast forest.

The hotel was so good. Please book the room with a valley view. You will not regret it. This hotel gives a cheaper price than other places but offers an extravaganza view. The owner and his family were so good to us. They were so kind. If you want to go somewhere, just ask help from the reception staff to book the taxi. Meter taxi are cheaper than electric taxi. The location of this hotel is also strategic because it is located at the centre of the city, nearby Sun Plaza. Recommended

I believe this is a wonderful place to relax. The beds are clean and comfortable. The staff always welcome you with friendly smiles and are very helpful in arranging trekking tours. You can also rent a motorbike here for 150,000 VND per day. It was a memorable trip, and I look forward to visiting again.

We are from Singapore travelling with 2A2c. We booked a room with 2 king bed which was perfect for travellers travelling with young children. Tucked away at the corner but offers good hospitality and clean room. The balcony room offers view to the lush paddy field but our view was obscure due to the mist. They clean the room everyday, heat up the room for us, replenish the drinks in the room. The hotel is also within minutes to the Yummy restaurant which is very homely and cosy and serve the best pizza (everything is handmade). We highly recommend staying in Sapa Valley View Hotel & Spa for travellers travelling as a couple and family with children.

Great and very welcoming people. Clean and excellent service. Great views and calm place. Good starting point for bikes and tours. Very good quality price relation. The owner Drive us to our early morning bus and we got a delicious welcome drink.

The early days of summer in northern Vietnam are scorching hot. After spending two days in Hanoi, we headed to Sapa. Upon arrival at the hotel, we booked a 3-day, 2-night stay. Immediately, we felt the pleasant and cool atmosphere. Our room had a balcony with a mountain view, spacious and clean. Opening the balcony window, you can observe everything, from construction sites to the Fansipan cable car station, and the majestic mountains and valleys. The staff was exceptionally friendly and hospitable, helping us with our luggage and providing advice on visiting attractions in Sapa. Everything was wonderful, and we will definitely come back here.

We had such an amazing stay. The friendliest staff on our trip so far. We left for breakfast for about 40 minutes and when we were back the room was cleaned with fresh towels, new coffee and water and renewed soaps in the bathroom. It's been the cleanest place I've stayed in Vietnam. The staff went out of there way to greet us and help us out with our questions about sapa. We walked into the breakfast area to just admire the amazing view and the staff walked in to give us a fresh juice to sit down and enjoy along with some fruit, all free.
