Toyoko Inn Osaka Itami Airport Reviews

The location is not so good as there is a shuttle bus from the station and the airport and vice versa, but it was convenient. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was delicious, so I think it's good.

There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport and station at regular intervals, which is very practical and commendable. The rooms are clean and soundproof despite being close to the airport. Breakfast is provided, the quality is ordinary, but it is quite convenient for tourists.

There is a little distance from the station, but it was saved because there is a shuttle bus. (^^)👍️

I used it for the first time. It was close to the airport and very convenient. again Breakfast was normal, so I was able to spend comfortably. There was also a bus to the airport.

Room was big and lots of space to open our luggage and clean. But price are little bid expensive than other Toyoko inn. Usually other one cost less….

I didn't expect the quality of this hotel to be of lesser expectations after having to take my own Taxi to the hotel instead of shuttle bus they were to provide. The room was very small and the bathroom was very tiny - you had to step up into the floor of the bathroom that was strange. I did do laundry in the late evening and they had to go get laundry detergent - the detergent machine was empty.

The shuttle service from Itami was fast and frequent. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, including the coffee.

The property is really poor. Hidden behind other buildings and with insufficient instructions 'how to reach them'. The room was claustrofobic and with an impression of scarse cleanliness. The breakfast was definitely 'local' with non space foe foreigners (e.g. no yoghurt, no cereals, no fruit, etc. Only soups, local recipes for vegetables and sausages). Useful for one night emergency stand

Great little hotel. Staff was very helpful and booked me a cab in the morning. There breakfast was also very nice. Many choices! The room was cute and surprisingly extremely quiet, which can be hard to find in hotels. Nice place. Please note, while some staff can speak some english, it's best to have a translator app on your phone.

This hotel is near the airport, so it is easy to access by their car.
