Owner of apartment was friendly and honest. Check in via WeChat as door pin will be given. Room service done daily with topping up of bottled water, toilet/tissue paper and clearing of bins. Room was clean, slippers provided too. Owner will send items bought online to the room, which is a plus! Apartment also has washing machine and microwave oven and a full-sized fridge. No cutlery and utensils though but we ate out most of the time. Location-wise, very convenient to take bus and metro (can walk to 小白楼 line 1 or 徐州道 line 4) and its next to 天津国贸购物中心 by Capitaland. Walking distance to 五大道 tourist spot too. Will recommend this place for budget travellers.

The location was about a 10mins walk from the closest exit of XiKangLu station. Security and receptionist were onsite 24/7 and were mostly friendly and pleasant to deal with. However, even though I stayed for 4 nights, not once did housekeeping change my sheets. While they did clean and freshen up the room each day, the beds were made with very minimal effort. Other than that everything went well.

Before my business trip, I was quite concerned after reading some reviews, particularly about the air conditioning not being cool enough. However, upon checking in, all my worries were completely gone. Firstly, for around 600 (local currency implied) to stay in a five-star hotel and even receive a complimentary room upgrade? You really can't ask for more! Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impeccable. Doormen were always ready to open car doors and assist with luggage, and essential items like towels or tissues were promptly delivered to the room, no matter the time of day or night. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff even left a thoughtful note. The bed had the perfect firmness – not too soft, not too hard – making it particularly comfortable, especially for larger guests. The biggest highlight for me was their shower gel and shampoo. The quality and selection were excellent, with a unique, pleasant fragrance that wasn't overpowering. It truly showed their commitment to excellence in every detail. The location was convenient, close to all major attractions, and the hotel pool was sparkling clean! I would absolutely choose this hotel again for both business and leisure trips! 😉😉😉

Facilities: The elevators are incredibly fast, and the rooms are well-equipped with excellent soundproofing. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere, and even had a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Environment: The location is superb, making it extremely convenient for visiting Wudadao or Binjiangdao – perfect for a city walk. From the room, you can enjoy views of Tianjin Station and the city's light show. Service: Check-in was quick and efficient. All the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. I initially only booked for one night, but because the experience was so good, and I happened to have some free time the next day, I decided to extend my stay for another night. This is a highly satisfying hotel! I highly recommend it!

This time, we booked an apartment unit. The room was very spacious and fully equipped with amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine, which was extremely convenient. With two bedrooms and two beds, it was especially suitable for a family of three. The hotel service was excellent; Xiao Fan at the front desk was incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming to guests. The hotel is ideally located in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. Nearby, attractions such as the Wudadao area, the Haihe River, Food Street, and Ancient Culture Street are all within easy reach of the hotel.

This was my first stay here. Compared to more renowned names like Ritz, Four Seasons, St. Regis, or Westin, this hotel might fly under the radar, but my experience here was truly fantastic. I believe I booked one of their more basic room types, yet the actual space was surprisingly generous, almost feeling like a junior suite. It came with a walk-in closet, double sinks, and a huge bathtub from which you could enjoy panoramic night views of Tianjin. What made it even better was that, with the recent SCO Summit, the city buildings were beautifully illuminated. Soaking in the tub while enjoying that view was truly delightful. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay and had noted it in my reservation. The hotel pleasantly surprised me with birthday decorations and a cake. While the service wasn't exceptionally warm compared to five-star hotels in some other major cities, it was definitely one of the best I've encountered in Tianjin. It was consistently professional and helpful, with staff always ready to assist. The location is also superb. It's only a five-minute walk to the subway, taxis are readily available, and the surrounding commercial district is vibrant. A particularly cool and somewhat rare feature for a five-star hotel is that food deliveries are brought directly to your room by a robot, saving you a trip downstairs – a definite plus! All in all, after this one stay, I genuinely loved the hotel. The value for money is outstanding, especially since it's considerably more affordable than the other hotels I mentioned. Unless there's a specific reason, this will be my go-to hotel for future stays.

I stayed with family for two nights and got room on the 22nd floor, which afforded a splendid view, especially at night. The hotel is very close to the subway station, which is very convenient to explore the city. Breakfast was good with both Western and local food items. However, if they could add more options for juices, it will further make breakfast better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Booked this hotel for a short get away. And for mums birthday. The staff were kind enough to decorate the room and meet all our requests as well as surprised her with a cake. She absolutely loved her stay here as well as the massage by the spa. The staff were incredible friendly especially the lobby staff. The level was what is expected of a 5 star. The turn down service was great and ample amenities were provided and when requested arrived in record time. The only thing the room had some debris on entering but other than that it was fantastic.
