The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent. Even though it faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all at night. The service was also very responsive to all my requests. A huge thanks to Echo at the front desk for helping me print dozens of pages – she spent quite a long time on it, and I really appreciate her help!

I stayed in Tianjin for a day, and the hotel was very conveniently located, close to the Olympic Sports Center. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and my room got upgraded, which made for a very comfortable stay.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. Upon arrival, they helped me find a parking spot downstairs and guided me in. They even upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite for free.

As a Tianjin local, this is my go-to spot for a weekend staycation – that's how much I love Yitang! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. They even upgraded my room during a quieter period. The room itself has a lot of natural wood elements and the lighting is really warm and inviting. Having a fridge and microwave is incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff are also super attentive, kind, and just all-around wonderful. I've often stayed in their three-bedroom units, which are perfect for gatherings. I'll definitely be coming back often!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL REVIEW!!!!! I strongly advise everyone against staying here!!! I stayed in a family suite with my child, and what started as a normal trip turned into a nightmare. My child was playing in the room and, while getting up from the bed, lost balance due to the mattress lacking sufficient support. They fell backward, hitting the back of their head directly on a hard, sharp wooden strip on the headboard. The wooden headboard had no soft padding, no protective cushioning design, and sharp, protruding edges, posing a serious safety hazard! My child's head was cut and bleeding immediately. We rushed to the hospital where they received two stitches on the back of their head. As parents, we were heartbroken and devastated! For a family suite, the hotel's headboard design completely disregards the safety of elderly guests or children. This is clearly a facility design flaw, an outdated feature that hasn't been replaced, and inadequate safety protection. When we communicated with the hotel afterward, they showed no intention of handling the situation properly. Throughout the entire process, they were cold and evasive, offering only a 10% discount on the room rate as a perfunctory and irresponsible gesture. They completely disregarded the guest's personal safety and emotional well-being, showing no proactive attitude or service spirit in dealing with an emergency. We paid to stay here, and not only did we not have a peaceful and comfortable experience, but our child also suffered injuries, and we, as parents, were distressed and busy seeking medical attention. For a Ctrip 5-diamond 'luxury' hotel, its facilities are old, and there are serious safety hazards. The hotel's attitude in handling the situation was even more unacceptable. After we rejected the 10% room rate discount, the hotel finally suggested that we could use their insurance to cover medical expenses. This means that the hotel knew they had insurance but, when faced with the severe situation of a child's head injury, initially refused to inform us about the existence of insurance or the option of claiming insurance, responding coldly with: 'What did we do wrong?!' Given this, we do not wish to accept charity and will pursue our rights to the end. I want to warn all friends traveling with children or the elderly: absolutely avoid this place! Safety measures are non-existent, facilities are dangerous, and their sense of responsibility is extremely poor. Steer clear permanently!

The apartment's facilities are well-maintained, and it comes with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware, making it perfect for families who want to cook their own breakfast. It's also conveniently located near a subway station, so getting around is easy without needing a car. The only downside was that there was a lot of cat litter in the corners of the room, likely from the previous guest who had a cat. However, the staff were very helpful and promptly cleaned it up after we called.
