bit small for family room,but it is clean
for budget trip..family can go to nearby Taman Awam 
to go for swimming

a lot of restaurants nearby
but parking need to pay except weekend

The room quite small but Cleanliness is the priority. 

Website no show that was no window room. Reception told 4 rooms with window only. 1st come 1st serve. White bed sheet is dirty, turned to light grey color. At nigh very noisy some machine / motor sound whole night. Not sure is that room only or not.

We had a one night stay at Merrinton. We chose Merrinton for the good review by other people. The hotel is located along shoplots, but worry not there is an ample parking space provided. The hotel is also equipped with elevator and 24 hours front desk, few plug point in the room, wifi, television, water heater and towels.Thumbs up to the hotel management as this hotel is disable-friendly and we felt secure as we notice they have cctv at every floor/corner. There is a convenience shop and few restaurants/cafes next to the hotel. Overall, we are very happy to experience the Merrinton Hotel.

This is a new hotel attached to the shoplots. The room is not that big but cosy, well enough with the price. The hotel, public waiting area and the room are all clean and well maintained. The wifi was not as fast as we expected, that was the only thing that we were less happy. Everything else was good!

We were here for 1 night on Saturday. The positives: -The front desk people, during the day, are very friendly and helpful with the luggage. - The room is very nicely maintained The bad sides: -wifi is there but does NOT work. In the room you can read that you can ask the reception to restart. I did, but no internet all evening and morning. -the aircon is super cold. We hear many people sneezing and coughing. We then slept without air conditioning - you hear all the noises from outside and inside - the fan in the bathroom makes a huge noise. You also hear that from the neighbors (light in the bathroom works together with the fan) Expensive for what you get
