"The check in I did in the middle of the night was quick. Hotel entrance is without external lights and not easy to recognize. The staff is kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious with a bedroom and a living room with kitchenette. The kitchen is complete with accessories. The toilet is with bathtub, but without separation curtain. There are renovation works in the building next door. They disturb sleep early in the morning. The price is very affordable for this apartment. Nearby there are restaurants and shops."

Amazing
AAlvin Chew Jia LiangMy recent staycation at Classyc Hotel in Hanoi was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and impeccable professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel’s elegant design, blending modern luxury with subtle Vietnamese charm, created a serene ambiance that made me feel both pampered and at home.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, high-quality amenities, and stunning views of Hanoi’s vibrant cityscape. The attention to detail, from the fragrant toiletries to the complimentary local snacks, added a personal touch that elevated the experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected for both work and leisure.
The dining options were a highlight. The on-site restaurant served a delightful mix of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and international dishes, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was expansive, offering everything from phở to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The rooftop bar was a perfect spot to unwind, with creative cocktails and panoramic views of the city at night.
The facilities, including the serene spa and well-equipped fitness center, were top-notch. I indulged in a traditional Vietnamese massage that melted away all stress, and the staff’s attentiveness made the experience even more special. The hotel’s prime location in Hanoi also made it easy to explore nearby attractions, though the tranquil atmosphere of Classyc Hotel made it tempting to stay in all day.
Overall, my staycation at Classyc Hotel was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and cultural immersion. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape in the heart of Hanoi. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great
GGuest UserThe apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It offered a cozy, home-like feel without sacrificing luxury. The location was super convenient, making it really easy to get to the city center.
SShatoudeshurenThe hotel boasts an excellent location and elegant surroundings, both inside and out. Its facilities are comprehensive and well-appointed, and the rooms are immaculately clean. The dining options are diverse, complemented by attentive service.
The check-in process and welcome were exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and attentive. I also had the pleasure of meeting the lobby manager, who had spent a decade working in China and possessed a profound understanding of Chinese history and culture.
RRyanShanghaiA truly fantastic stay! We can't fault this hotel. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish.
The hotel itself is spotless and very well-kept. What really stood out, however, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and valued.
The location is ideal for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter, with everything within easy walking distance. We particularly loved being just a short stroll from the lake, allowing for a beautiful morning walk each day.
We also made time to visit the spa, which was a lovely and relaxing treat.
Overall, a brilliant hotel that we would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Great
GGuest UserThe apartment was spacious and airy, making for a very comfortable stay. It was fully equipped with amenities like a kitchen and washing machine. The city view from the balcony was pleasant both day and night, and the staff were very friendly.
GGuest UserFinding a hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter can be overwhelming, but I’m so glad I chose La Siesta. It exceeded my expectations – the staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms bright and spacious with comfy beds, an excellent shower, and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast on the 11th floor was delicious, and we also had Vietnamese fish for lunch there, which was outstanding. The view was great. With the 20% discount, the price was excellent for the generous portion and high quality. I highly recommend the restaurant!Truly one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam – I’d happily return and will recommend it to friends and family visiting Hanoi.

Very Good
MM235551****This hotel has a Middle Eastern opulent gold style, and the room exceeded my expectations. Before coming, I was debating between the Intercontinental 72 and the Dolce Wyndham Golden Lake, but after seeing the golden bathtub (Picture 4), I booked this one without hesitation. It truly surpassed my expectations! The blankets in the room are genuinely beautiful and soft (Picture 3), and the coffee at breakfast is excellent~
GGuest UserFirst impressions- feels like a hotel a middle aged business man would stay at. It’s not shiny and new and not much personality.
The staff are helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower is not great. We had a tub/ shower and the shower head had zero pressure so impossible to have a proper shower. We had to use the other hand held shower head which had good pressure, but you had to shut it off soap, rinse off, shut it off wash your hair rinse off, so it was a bit of a pain in the ass. The a/c is cold and the water is hot.
The gym was decent and you can get a workout in. The pool has a constant film of pollution on it because the filter doesn’t run on a regular basis it seems. So I only put my feet in. It didn’t look that clean and the pool area isn’t maintained on a constant basis.
The breakfast was average. I can say the coffee was strong. It the food to us was pretty basic so we barely found anything appealing. Poor fruit selection. The bread looked and tasted like it did not come fresh from a bakery but from a package. There seemed to be a little of everything but not much of anything if that makes sense. We much preferred to go out and eat very fresh Vietnamese breakfast on the street. Sometimes I think people just eat it because it’s included, but honestly it was just not for us.
We did really like the area. At first glance there doesn’t seem like much is going on but walk 10 min in any direction and there is a lot going on! We moved out of the old quarter to get more of a local feel and this area is certainly that. Plus it doesn’t have the inflated costs that come with the touristy Old Quarter.
Overall the hotel feels tired but it’s clean and your basic needs are met. They do have very good towels. We would probably stay again because we love the area but would also look around to see what other hotel options we could find. So depends what your expectations are and what you need from a hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the airport. It's on the smaller side, but the cleanliness was generally decent. I chose it because I had an early morning flight the next day, which really helped cut down on travel time to the airport. The next morning, to avoid being overcharged by a taxi, I decided to walk to the terminal with my rolling luggage. It's just under a kilometer and took me about 20 minutes. If you're sensitive to the sun or prefer not to walk, you can easily use Grab or ask the front desk to arrange a taxi for you. The walk really is very short, though you might encounter drivers on the way offering you a ride.
