The room is spacious with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. It's incredibly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep thanks to excellent soundproofing. Parking is convenient, and the surrounding area is a bustling commercial hub. Located on a high floor (16th-18th), it offers fantastic views from the window.

This was my first time booking an ECharm hotel. The room was exactly as described, though a bit small. The location is good, with a 24-hour McDonald's right next door. The hotel breakfast was also decent; even though the dining area is small, they had different dishes for both mornings. On the second day, my child went cycling around Taihu Lake, and we visited Lingyan Mountain, Mudu Ancient Town, and Panmen Gate from the hotel. The highways in Suzhou were quite convenient. Oh, and there was a hair on the bath towel the first night, so hygiene definitely needs more attention.
