Great location with smooth and easy check-in and check-out. We were kindly given a room upgrade for a special birthday, which was a lovely surprise. The reception and housekeeping team were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the Thai staff member (sorry we didn’t catch your name!). A wonderful stay overall.

The hotel service was excellent, and the location was good. The breakfast offered a decent variety of choices. The hotel manager even followed up afterward to ask about our stay, which was a nice touch. Although the facilities are a bit older overall, the hotel still felt very welcoming and the bedding was comfortable. Opening the balcony door revealed a large grassy area and the pool. Highly recommend!

Everything was awesome except the restaurants on site did not produce Thai food to expectations. The Indian food was super fabulous though. Their Saltbush restaurant has entree size food in mains. I was very disappointed since the food price and the food quantity did not match. Otherwise the buffet breakfast is awesome and the hotel is beautiful!

Good hotel in cbd, next to china town and cathedral. Good breakfast and i will stay again in this hotel when i visit this city in the future.

Bin not cleared on top of the fridge. Found strains of hairs inside box containing coffee n tea.

Overall very good. Nice big room. Cleaned every day. Service good. I have stayed 4 nights but bed sheet never changed!! They don’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush!!! But I still have enjoyed it.

The best hotel in all of Australia. The staff is very helpful and kind, ready to solve our problems. The room was very clean, far above the standards of all other hotels in Australia. The breakfast was quite varied and averagely good. A note of merit to this hotel for the presence of the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, very useful for travelers. The only hotel I would return to in Australia, I recommend it.

Great restaurant on site. Nice rooms. Shame they didn’t offer a late check out.
