Returned to stay again because I liked it the previous time. Thank you for the kind gesture to give us a freeze upgrade (though we didn’t make use of the loft at all). Been to so many hotel stays before but this is the first time seeing a toilet bowl full of pee stain when we lifted up the cover. Informed the concierge, only to have the housekeeping to come in and clean the toilet (just use chemicals to wipe and disinfect) in front of us. There’s no change of room discussion btw. This uncleaned toilet bowl is unacceptable but other than this, I’m ok with the hotel.

Very good for couples looking for a staycation. We just went to the hotel for our marriage anniversary and enjoyed our day with each other. The facilities such as swimming and gym were great. Had a 1 day staycation and we love the room. The room and bathroom are both spacious. We upgraded (pay an additional fee) at the front desk to a city view one as the one we purchased has no view. There’s a speaker and an analog alarm clock in the room. There’s also Nespresso machine with reusable capsules. The first snack bar are free of charge. The body soap is good quality. I only wish for the bedroom slippers to be the normal ones not the flip flop (as seen on image). Only thing is the food at Mr Stork was not good. The breakfast is so so.

First thing to note is that this hotel has two wings. Heritage and Main Tower. The heritage wing is located amongst a row of shophouses and retains the style of a hundred years ago. Very different experience as compared to cookie cutter normal rooms. Positives: - large 38 square metre room - Lovely lovely room design - Comfortable bed and choice of pillow menu - TV has Chromecast (media hub as well) - double vanity sinks - superb water pressure Negatives - no bedside usb charging (there are usb charging ports by the work desk) - manual curtains and blinds - no heated toilet bowl nor bidet - fixed shower hose position is a little bothersome

Staff are friendly. Clean room with complete toiletries. The only negative thing is, from room itself you can hear the people walking at the hallway. So room is not a noise proof. But all in all was good. Bars are all around are all around and there are all nice places to stay and chill.

Very pleasant stay with conrad, I think their service is way better than MBS TIP TOP.. surrounding has so much food to choose from and you won't even get bored. Checking in was really pleasant and fast and even equip and prepared us for all our requirement. One more thing to compliment is that they have channels to watch live premier league matches.!!! disappointing things is that they don't have a baby pool or even a float for babies/toddlers. I will definitely come back again to CONRAD as really no comments and regrets on it.

I highly recommend this hotel to families travelling. It is so near shops, restaurants and mrt station (lavender). Although room is quite small, it offered what we need, the bed, smart tv, shower and toilet. We didnt get to use the pool due to our very limited stay in SG. Our room AC was not working when we arrived very late at around 12 mn. My toddler was sweating. In the morning, we had it fixed by maintenance and it was working fine after.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The decoration is very old and has some smell. You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. Hotel was easy to find near MRT train station so travel from airport was simple and cheap. It was also close to plenty of eating places. Room was small but had just about everything we needed. No wardrobe. Tea and coffee with kettle was good as too was fridge, very useful. Bathroom small and occasionally noisy but we slept well. Bed was clean and comfortable. Overall good value for money. Didn’t use swimming pool due to constant rain during our short break.

My second stay in hostel. Honestly, it changed my sceptical attitude, and i enjoy staying here. What I adore most is the room itself, very unique and and bed is quite spacious for solo traveller. Room, toilet, eatery area is clean and big enough. Location is quite close with Lavender MRT, 10mins walk. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a very nice stay in Aqueen Prestige Hotel Jalan Besar, one thing I care the most is the cleanliness - 9/10. It’s really clean and 1 more point for room of improvement. Room is quite small if you are going with sister suggest to get a queen bed which is better because twins bed hardly have room to walk in between the bed too. Thank you for keeping the room so clean for us. Really appreciate it a lot.

The location was good, I’m the near of the subway station. The room was small, but very clean and had everything you needed. There were free snacks in the fridge every day and the staff was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrive in Singapore late at night. I was at an age when it was difficult to stay at the airport, so I chose to lie down, but this was quite comfortable. A taxi from the airport costs $33 (including late night charges). The late-night reception was unmanned, but the self-check-in system worked well, and although it was a small space that looked like a closet, the women's 6-person room was so quiet that I thought no one was there, and the mattress and sheets were surprisingly good. It's high and I had a good night's sleep (although in the morning some people started unpacking their suitcases and there was nowhere to step) Showers and toilets are clean, but be aware that the floors can get wet. Also, perhaps because of the corona crisis, there is no breakfast service as mentioned in previous reviews.

We booked for 2 nights in this hostel and already paid. After a delay we arrived to this hostel from The airport at 2h05 am. We didnt know the reception closes at 2 am. It's 6h30 am and we are still waiting in the street in front of the hostel. We tried everything but impossible to contact the owner, no inscription for us on the door, no mail with a password to enter, no call to care about their guests. Apparently those People just went to sleep even if their guests were on the road to their hostel and let them sleep in the street. We gonna remember this night forever and those missed holidays thanks to them. We gonna be need fews days to rest after this sleepless night spent in the street. How is it possible ? Just run away this place.

The newly opened hotel has everything one would want in a hotel — from super tidy rooms to metro stations, grocery stores and food spots that are quite near & open past midnight. You can find FairPrice right opposite to the hotel and Seven-11 (opened 24/7) right opposite to FairPrice. You can also find plenty of food spots just a few blocks away, including McDonald’s, Burger King, and Subway, which are all halal friendly. The major tourist spots are not too far from the hotel and it is easy to get around. Lavendar MRT Station is at 3 mins walk. Bendemeer MRT Station is at 6 mins walk. The hotel is super tidy and always smells nice. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Special shoutout to Clarice for always being there and helping me with the know-how of the city! Although you may find the rooms quite small with no good views out the window, they are all pretty well maintained as well. Regarding the noticeable improvements that the hotel has room for: The rooms are a bit pricey and pretty small. There are no side tables, no desks or chairs. So you only get to eat food and work from the beds provided. The TVs only have a few channels, but having support for YouTube had me covered with entertainment for the most part. The views right outside the windows are not very attractive but I liked that the large windows let the sunlight in. Overall, my stay at Beverly Hotel Elements has been amazing and I’d definitely stay there again with no second thought. P.S. If anyone can help and tell me the name of the scent they use in their corridors and reception, I’d be very thankful. :)
