M Hotel Singapore City Centre

The hotel's location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from the MRT station. It's very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport via the East-West Line, and also easy to reach Merlion Park and Sentosa. The rooms are quiet, and the staff are very professional.

Hotel M Singapore (Part 6 of my Singapore trip) After taking the MRT East-West Line (green line) from Changi Airport, I got off at Tanjong Pagar Station and took Exit H. It was a 250-meter walk, and Hotel M Singapore appeared right in front of me. The hotel is surrounded by tall buildings and features a gym and a swimming pool. In the lobby, there's a statue of a financial bull. I booked a Premier Twin Room, which was spacious with expansive views. Soaking in the bathtub really helped me unwind from the travel fatigue. I stayed here for two consecutive nights and had a great experience. Definitely worth recommending!

Absolutely terrible. Hardware: The bathroom light flickered, and despite reporting it three days ago, no one came to fix it. The faucet was so short it was practically unusable. Hygiene: Just look at the state of these cups 👀. Basic necessities: You have to filter your own drinking water. Service: An individual named Muja from the 'ngr' (assuming this is a name or department) was arrogant and rude. The front desk staff answering calls also had a terrible attitude, acting as if I owed them something. Even though I stayed in a suite, they didn't inform me that the mini-bar was complimentary or that I had lounge access, and they didn't even program it into my room card. What a complete mess. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in all my trips to Singapore.

I didn't even book the most basic room type, so how did I end up with a room so close to the ventilation shaft?! Every morning at 9 AM sharp, it wakes you up. This is really bad for people who like to sleep in. Next time, this room type should be given to elderly people, as they don't sleep in. Facilities: The room was quite spacious, and the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. The toilet didn't smell, and it was cleaned regularly. Environment: The outdoor environment was just okay, and so was the indoor environment. But what's with the noise pollution? Service: There was Chinese-speaking service, but not much else in terms of service.

Great location! It's convenient for getting around, with easy access to transportation. The surrounding area has everything you need: restaurants, a subway station, a shopping mall, and convenience stores are all close by. It's also near Merlion Park, and places like Lau Pa Sat and Resorts World Sentosa are easily accessible.

First time in Singapore, chose M Hotel. Overall, it was decent. It's conveniently located, close to everything. They don't provide bottled water, but I figured out how to use the hot water kettle, which was fine.

Not bad. The room was quite spacious and clean. The cleaning staff were all young, handsome guys, haha.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Merlion Park, Chinatown, Marina Bay Sands, and Lau Pa Sat. The recreational facilities are quite basic, with just a small pool and a gym. It's essentially comparable to a 3- or 4-star hotel in China. The value for money isn't great, but it's acceptable for Singapore.
