Happy to stay in Lotus Blanc.good location and best service with comfy bed.

Beautiful and well maintained hotel

It’s difficult to think of any downsides of this hotel. Perhaps our room was a bit small for being “superior room with queen-sized bed” and the location is a bit far from center of Siem Reap. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very helpful and accommodating staff, appreciate talking to Jackie on the front desk about Cambodian society - not just touristy stuff! Only thing i didnt like was the location (albeit I knew this when i booked, but assumed id be sending all my time in angkor wat). Probably better to be closer to town for restaurants etc but can't fault the hotel itself.

You can feel that the country is still reopening after the pandemic. Some services are not working well yet. But the crew try theirs best.

Nice resort

The hotel environment is very good, the swimming pool is clean and hygienic. No one is swimming, so you can basically enjoy the swimming pool alone. There is also a gym, which is very clean. This place is more like a resort hotel, a little distance from the city center, about 10 minutes by motorcycle, the city is small, you can go around at will.

Good value for money and friendly staff....but if you eat and leave food in the room, there will be a lot of crickets and cockroaches.

The hotel service is very good, but it takes a long time and there are mosquitoes in the room😊
