Second stay after very pleasant one two weeks ago, but slightly disappointed with a few things broken down in the room including the blue tooth speaker resulting in changing to another room which was a little hassle. Although nothing is perfect, but in a very competitive hospitality industry, the consistency of customers’ satisfaction maintains guests’ loyalty. Comparing with other hotels, Puli still stands out as a service oriented hotel. The amenities do look a bit tired and need to be taken care of or upgraded soon.

I have stayed in this hotel before when it was the Hilton. It was good then, and it is good even now. It used the home tennis stars during the Tennis Masters tournament in Shanghai. The location is the best part of this hotel. and easy access to Metro stations, the neighboring roads Julu Lu Changle Lu and Fumin Lu are buzzing with activity on weekend nights with their endless bars and restaurants! a great place to chill out, and I did just that. I got upgraded to a fantastic room with a view of Jingan Temple!

This a a cute hotel in a great location if you want to go out in downtown Shanghai, since its surrounded by restaurants and bars. The room is of a good size and although the soundproofing isnt amazing there were no noisy guests on my floor so I slept well and the bed was warm and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and efficient,and there is a nice cafe downstairs. The sink in the bedroom area is a little odd but that is really the only bad thing I can say.

I stayed in the Portma Ritz Carlton for 2 nights just after Christmas. The service was excellent, all of the staff went above and beyond to help me. They greeted me by name, remembered my coffee and drink orders and went to great lengths to help me. The staff in the club lounge were amazing, Lisa, Tina, Sunny, Vincent and others. The floor attendant Cici was also so helpful. The location is great, many restaurants around and short walk to The Kerry Center and Jingan temple. definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here at Hotel Equatorial Shanghai. Hotel is easily accessible from Jing'an temple metro station. The beautiful Jing'an Sculpture park is very close. Great location in a beautiful area for shopping and food or for leisurely walking . We found many great restaurants in the nearby area. And being so close to the subway puts the entire city at your doorstep. Hotel rooms are of a classic design. Solid walls ensured great sleep with no disturbances. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff are enthusiastic and very helpful when we had questions. A special recognition and thanks to the master chefs and staff in the kitchen. The breakfast buffet here is amazing and not to be missed! Everyday was delicious. Highly recommend! (and keep an eye out for the hotel robot that you will see gliding around and even taking the elevators!) :-)

Chic interior albeit a little dated - overall good value. - location: reasonable walking distance from Metro station. Jing'an is undoubtedly central and minutes away from Nanjing XI Road and shopping district's etc. - room: layout a little unconventional with elevated bed and sunken lounging area by the window - some will find this fun while others may dislike having to navigate via steps moving from one area to the next within the room. The Atrium Suites has windows facing a glass brick wall that blocks outdoor view, which could be suffocating after 1st day or 2. Appliances staring to show age a little. - I find staff while not overly enthusiastic still helpful and friendly. - breakfast while simple and lack of choices, quite tasty (good salad, make-to-order beef noodles)

After checking in, we need to carry our luggage to another separate building. I fell and twisted my ankle while going down a very dark stairs outside the main building. The staff could not speak English and not helpful when we asked for the first aid. Finally, they found someone who can buy us an elastic bandage or ice pack. This helps a lot for the rest of our trip which involved a lot of walking. It is close to metro station, but needs to walk at least 400 m underground to the train and many nic nearby shopping malls The family room is nice and cozy. It is cleaned everyday and provided with bottled water.

This was a great find. We stayed here with two adults and an 8 and 6 year old. Mostly we were impressed with the service and how quick the owner was to respond to our needs. We enjoyed the area and the 10 min walk to the subway passed a few good eateries though it was a little outside downtown. Warning! Don't try to take a cab during rush hour. Take the subway or walk it! Would definitely stay here again.

Take your children to experience the old Shikumen The B&B is consistent with the pictures, and the decoration is very beautiful. The flowers are very fresh. It can be seen that the rooms are well maintained and taken care of. If there is anything missing, the boss will reply immediately and answer all questions. It is really good. The B&B is in a busy area, and there are many delicious takeaways around! ! ! The boss is very nice, he takes good care of everything and explains the precautions very carefully🤓 The only downside is that it’s a bit noisy upstairs, and it’s best to ask the aunt to mop the floor. Next time, I’ll try another B&B by the owner🥳🥳

The building is very special, it’s obviously got character but well the inside is very dated, some of the fixtures are not very well detailed for example the shower has some screws coming off and well it’s an old building so it’s understandable, the breakfast was good so was the coffee but half of the staff was friendly and half was a bit careless.
