The hotel is great, with car-themed rooms, game racing cars, beautiful and clean furnishings, comfortable bathrooms, and snacks and drinks, plus a buffet breakfast. Both children and adults are super satisfied. The service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the children who said they want to stay longer.

We booked a family leisure suite for three people, which was generally quite comfortable. Let's talk about the advantages first. The hotel is very convenient for Disney pick-up and drop-off, and the catering can meet basic dining needs. Because I have investigated that Pudong's takeaway options are limited, and breakfast options are also limited, so by comparison, this is a cost-effective and quality option that can be booked around Disney. The leisure suite has two bedrooms and one living room. The living room has a mahjong machine, and the dry and wet separated bathrooms each occupy one room, all with marble countertops. The room details still need to be improved. Although it is a suite, the hair dryer is not negative ion, and the user experience is not very good. The air conditioning vent of one of the rooms smelled of rice and burnt smells from other rooms on the first day. The hotel staff came to see it but did not actively solve it. There is a ditch outside the window, and frogs, insects, dogs, and occasional insects can be heard in the middle of the night. Overall, it is still acceptable. Compared with other hotels with similar conditions, the cost-effectiveness here is acceptable. I hope to continue to improve the details.

The front desk couldn't find the reservation in the middle of the night and glared at me. They didn't know how to ask anyone and asked me to call someone to help. The main thing is that I went to the front desk to inquire in advance and called, but no employee wanted to check the reservation with me in advance. One of the twin beds was clean and the other was stained. When I entered the room, I thought the window was not closed. It was very noisy. It seemed like I was staying on the vent. The hotel is actually good overall. The water bottles, shopping bags, and room cards are cute. There are bathrobes, luggage racks, single sofas, and small refrigerators. It's bigger than the next door and seems to be more advanced. The beds are very comfortable. The room is very cold. The air conditioner doesn't work well. The child's nose is blocked after one night. The breakfast is better than the next door, which is the biggest advantage.

When checking in, the front desk service was enthusiastic. Basically, all my room requirements were met. They also gave me a hairband, kindly reminded us to take the shuttle bus for taking photos🚌, and enthusiastically introduced Disney to me. The room was large, clean and odorless, and the price/performance ratio was super high!!!
