Room had thin walls and flooring, could hear my neighbours. Had smell along the corridor

They are very friendly at this hotel. The cleaning staff is very honest and helpful.

The facilities are old and the experience is average There was only one staff member pushing the luggage cart. When we went, there happened to be two families checking in. The staff had no time to move our luggage, so I pushed it all by myself~~

The bed is big enough, and the breakfast is safe. It's not bad. The overall facilities and equipment are still in class. Recommended

This hotel stayed for 4 nights, but compared to other Holiday Inns, the service can only be said to be average, the Housekeeping is not timely enough, the front desk service is also average, the breakfast restaurant is still very good, and the order is much better than other mainland simple meals. The location is good. It takes only 30 minutes to drive to Fisherman's Wharf. Parking is difficult in San Francisco. It's good to live here and drive to the city.
