Hassle free checkin where email instructions were given to enter the building and acquire the keys to the apartment. New and clean apartment with many amenities including a washing machine. About 3mins walk to the city centre where there are restaurants, cafe, pubs and shopping malls. Recommended. 

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There is no front desk, no service at all, without even being mentioned on the booking website. It is a student hostel charging 400 EURs per night. The service is terrible, they only told me the room number but I don’t even know which floor it is located so I have to walk up and down 5 stairs to figure out. The bed is super small and uncomfortable, the heater at night does not work well and I was waken by cold. Overall terrible experience, do not recommend anyone to stay.

I didn't see any hotel management the whole time. It's in an ordinary residential building, similar to a homestay. You will receive check-in instructions one day in advance, check in with a password, then find the room yourself, enter the password (there is a box in the upper right corner of the room door) and get the key. When you leave, just put the key on the door.

The hotel has no front desk or service staff. It is an apartment hotel and requires self-service key collection. The facilities in the room are rich and convenient, but the cupboard of the room I stayed in had three buckets of garbage left by previous guests. It smelled like it had been rotting for many days:( We stayed with the garbage for one night

Close to the city center, new room, very comfortable

The room is very small and the bed is also small. This is a characteristic of Northern Europe. It is a bit difficult to find a hotel for the first time. But being able to wash clothes and cook meals can still solve a lot of things.

The check-in instructions are not clear. This is actually a B&B apartment. It is difficult to search for the location and find the building because the sign is very small. If the experience is not good, then the house is just average.

The room was clean and well-equipped. It was a nice apartment in a central location with easy access to everywhere. It's just a little troublesome to find it.

It's very good and convenient. It's very close to McDonald's. You can sign up for aurora tours to chase the aurora.

The area is very large, and the kitchen utensils and other equipment are all available, but there are no seasonings or anything, but it is not necessary for a short-term stay. All in all, it is great! The environment is also very clean!

Superb apartment in centre of rovaniemi, highly recommend, everything you need, washer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, tv, comfortable beds. Close to everything, bus stop to Santa village, airport directly across the road. Apartment was spotlessly clean with small balcony with lovely view across the park. Would not hesitate to recommend if going to rovaniemi this is the place to stay. M. Torok.
