Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. The hotel is in a good location and the front desk is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel twice. I lived for more than 2,000 nights for the first time. I stayed for more than 500 nights and stayed in the building where I checked in. The soundproofing of the hotel is really bad, and the next door can be heard clearly. Hotel conveniently located next to The Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, clothing stores within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel staff very professional and friendly. Special mention to Front Desk Agent Chiara Stage who went above and beyond in ensuring we got the most out of our short time there. We had a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. The room was spotless and modern with flat screen tv. The only complaint being that the pillows and matress were too hard for my comfort.

On the overall a nice hotel, but kind of far from the center, 10 mins away from the Torre Angela metro station. Everything needed was in the room (fridge, conditioner, hair dryer), clean, everything in good condition. Reception desk staff speaking adequate English. A nice little pool was also available for us, my son enjoyed it. Didn't buy breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it. Were mostly in the city, came to hotel only for sleeping. Conditioner working, a balcony to the back yard, not a very nice view though, but it wasn't a problem.

The hotel is in a nice location with a train entrance just down the street. It was very clean, our room was very nice for the four of us and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their breakfast every morning- it had a.good selection of breakfast food. Several great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the wine bar next door - great food and wine. We also had wonderful drinks at Gatsby’s on the other side of the hotel. It was a 15 minute walk from the main train station which was not bad at all. We had a wonderful dinner around the corner at Vecchia Roma- you must make a reservation or get there before they open to get in line. We got there 15 minutes after they opened and waited 35 minutes for a table but it was worth it. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, close to lots of restaurants and bars, a supermarket, gelato shop. Rooms met our needs for 2 nights and beds are super comfy. The bed was made and cleaning after our first night. There are toiletries in the bathroom and tea and coffee in the room. Sound proofing is very good too. Staff are friendly and professional. We had breakfast buffet up in the sky restaurant, €20 for breakfast buffet which was all the usual breakfast choices. The view from there was great too. We found the coffee to be fine. We had a problem with our sink not emptying but it was fixed when we came back from a day out. I would stay here again.

Very nice surprise for the location and the neighborhood, we are 200m from the Colosseum and in front of the San Clemente church. I had a balcony set by windows which made me dizzy with a total view of the Colosseum, very beautiful memory. Small less the hotel has a dreadful modern architecture, but from inside it passes. The rooms are well equipped, the reception is very attentive and spoke perfect French or English. Breakfast takes place on the ground floor with a view of the street, you are served as much as you want but the service is done behind a plexiglass, tea, coffee, eggs, bacon, sausages, etc. I recommend the pancakes with maple syrup but the coffee is really disgusting, it's freeze-dried powder in the machines. There is a bar on the top floor, open from noon until midnight and the pool was not authorized for this beginning of October, too bad it was still 25 degrees! Finally I took advantage of the proximity of the Colosseum I went there very late or very early to have it all to myself. Magical moment !

I went on a rugby weekend to see the six.nations competition Italy v Ireland. The staff made me welcome upon my arrival and advised me on certain security issues when visiting the top landmarks in Rome to make my experience less intimidating which i appreciated enormously since was on this occasion travelling alone. I even requested and took on the recommendation of the staff member for a good local hair stylist. he he There are plenty of good bakeries and small bars and restaurants in the neighborhood making this an ideal location in comfortable surroundings. Tip outside the hotel a short minute walk, is a direct bus line to the Vatican. Allin.all great and knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Room was good and a speedy elevator my floor. breakfast was sufficient with plenty of fruit and choice, Do get the Roma 72 pass i used the public transport quite often.

The first day when I check in they gave me the room which face to the back of the building with the very dirty pipes and somebody bathroom window. It's a dark room with a sad feeling which I paid £336 for 2 mights. When I booked the hotel it didn't say anything from the website that you are facing somebody toilet and the pipes. If I knew it, I won't pay that much for this kind of room definitely!!!!! I asked for a change but they just as usual, said that nothing available. I was angry, for the money I spent, I believe I should have a decent room. After one night I really can't stand, so I called trip.com. they contacted the hotel and right away they let me change to a decent room. See the photos of both bedrooms. I'm appreciated of the service from the trip.com. Only one bin in the bathroom, no bin in the living room. Breakfast is very basic.

Really convenient location with only 3-min distance to Roma Termini giving you quick and easy transfer to the airport and elsewhere in Italy by train. Rooms have been renovated too. However, front desk staff was really rude. When I dropped my room keys in the transparent plastic box placed on the front desk for an express check-out and turned around leaving the hotel, staff shouted at me asking me to wait in line. The staff said I haven’t cleared my payment and tried to charge me full room rate plus city tax even though I have prepaid the room rate to Agoda in full. True that I haven’t paid city tax but they have swiped my credit card upon check-in or they could have asked me to pay upon check-in either. I suggested the hotel should have hided their express check out box if there is no such option available. The staff bluntly replied it is for guests who have cleared all the payment. It is really ironic who can enjoy express check out, if the hotel doesn’t charge city tax upfront nor charge it to credit card. Meanwhile, the room cleaning is so-so and forgot to refill shampoo/shower gel/fresh tower quite a few times during our stay. Also, the windows isn’t good at isolating street noise. Same review posted on Agoda.

The room is spacious enough for me and my friend to open our luggage at the same time and still lots of room to walk around with the case opened. The bed and linens are comfortable. Desk to long and wide, with two chairs allow us to use and put on daily skin care together. Only if they could setup slippers in room and add in tooth brush and tooth paste in the bathroom then it will be perfect. Location wise there are quite a lot of restaurants around and it is very close to the central terminal, just a 5-10 minutes walk. You can also take bus or train around to travel around attractions in Rome very easily. There are 2-3 receptionists in the check in counter, they are very knowledgeable to Rome and hotel product knowledge, hope they could keep smile on faces and more friendly. Also I request a non need service to our room to the housekeeping attendant on the second day, but we came back to the room and found it was cleaned. Attached the photo is the door stopper which I found good for the attendant they don’t need to bend their back and also to protect the door from getting starches at the same time.

First of all, in love with perfect person Santos in reception. He welcome us with sweets, gave map, where signed most famous places to visit. 5 star for him no doubts. We had room 401 for two girls with 2 beds (no nove view drom the window). There was enough place for both of us. Room was warm enough for end of February. Hotel located 5 minutes walk to Colleseo. 20 minutes walk to Trevi and Pantheon. 1 hour walk to Vatican. Minus in the room- soooooo loud toilet 🙊 Reception is working 24/7, and we had early check out, receptionist called for taxi and it came in 2 minutes. Note, that taxi drivers almost don't speak english. Hotel don't offer breakfast, but there are a lot of bars and restaurants just half a minute to walk. I recommend.

We really enjoyed this hotel, although it is a bit quirky. in a great location, tucked away beside restaurants and gelato shops. Staff was extremely helpful to us. They had a handicapped accessible room for us that was perfect, large bathroom with accessible shower and toilet. It made our trip so easy. Breakfast was quite adequate, even if the room is a bit crowded. The only complaint i would have is that there is no English language TV, so we were watching Italian shows or BBC reruns in Italian to relax. One odd thing is that you have to get them to close the windows and turn on the AC to shut out the street noise, then it was very quiet. We had a very relaxing stay here.

The room itself was good and had a view from the balcony but it was very tight on the balcony. One of our chairs were broken so we could not sit outside together and this wasn't replaced or collected. The bed and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. 2 TVs one in living area and 1 in bedroom area but did not have English channels except news. The breakfast was awful. We had to go to cafe around corner called Cin cin not much choice or food. We basically had 2 eggs and 2 skinny pieces of bacon. The next day this was closed so we were sent to another cafe for very poor breakfast a toastie of 1 piece of bread cut in half. The lady Georgia was lovely and helped with any questions we had. Location was good. Rome itself was quite unclean, people just throwing rubbish in streets, tourists and locals. This did cost a bit and I think there could be better else where for the price.

Recommended!!! If you wanted to find a sin .... The breakfast I recommend not to buy with the room. The bar under the structure does not shine for sympathy and service: the breakfast included in the package was told me that it included only a cap / coffee / milk with a bricks. My daughter asked instead of the brioche a toast and I was asked for the payment separately .... Let's say that maybe you don't do .... Also to serve a toast they took us more than 20 minutes at 9.30 of a holiday day .... I will certainly return to the building, but not to the bar!

The landscape and the location are good. I don’t think it’s good to look at the arena in bed. The service is very good, the room is clean and there should be, because it is not satisfied with another one temporarily set up in the Roman arena, so that the whole Rome travel mood is getting better. The hotel is very close to the Colosseum. You can see the Colosseum when you open the window. There are several restaurants downstairs and the location is very good. The front desk was very friendly and let me check in when a room was already available when we arrived early. The only drawback is that there is no elevator and it is on the third floor, but we don't have much luggage. The room we booked was cheaper, probably because the bathroom was outside the house but it was for our own use. There was also a guest room next to it that had its own bathroom and we would not use it together.

This hotel is absolutely ideal! It was our first break away with our baby girl, and we were very nervous about the logistics of Rome and a young baby at first! The hotel however cannot be faulted. The communication is fantastic before and during your stay, all staff are extremely friendly - especially to our baby girl which was lovely. We got engaged on our trip (on the buildings private rooftop terrace which guests get a key to!), and a friend from home contacted the hotel to send a bottle of champagne to our room which was such a lovely touch - considering the hotel is extremely small and doesn’t have it’s own bar etc, the staff would have had to go out of their way to purchase the champagne and put it in our room - thank you so so much!! You are a stones throw from the Colosseum, and you can easily walk to every where else if you have good shoes on - we did it with a pram so it’s definitely doable! A memorable stay in a comfortable, safe, clean and welcoming hotel. Thank you so much.

First off the minor negatives, the entrance was a little difficult to locate. There is no big hotel signage or front, it’s just a door on the street with a sign on. You have to buzz to be let it in. However once checked in you can use your key card to access the building whenever needed. There is no bar or breakfast facilities, just a reception and bedrooms but the staff at reception were incredibly helpful. They also provide you with a list of recommendations for breakfast places, bars, restaurants etc. The lack of facilities was therefore not an issue for us. The best thing about this property was the location, steps away from the Trevi Fountain and therefore close to many of the other sights too. The room was lovely and kept clean on a daily basis. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, it’s in a perfect location for exploring this amazing city!

In fact, the room separated from an apartment cannot be regarded as a hotel, it should be regarded as a homestay. Because in the community, it is a bit difficult to stay, so you have to call the ”front desk” to open the door. The environment in the room is similar to the picture description. The house is clean, but it doesn't feel particularly clean (at least not as clean as the bathroom~ the bathroom is really clean). And the community where the room is located doesn't feel very airy, and the aura is a bit stuffy. In addition, although the bathroom is exclusive, it is separated from the bedroom and has to cross a public aisle, so it will definitely not be convenient after taking a shower (but there is basically no one in the public area). Very very close to the subway station, and 3 stops from the Vatican. It is a good choice to live here if you get up early to go to the Vatican. If I choose again, I will stay here the night before I go to the Vatican.

My family had the privilege of staying at the Hosianum Palace in Rome from June 29-July7, 2023 to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We had two rooms - one for my young adult kids and one for my husband and I. The central location was safe and very convenient for a first trip to Rome with family, allowing us to walk to almost every site we wanted to see. It was also an easy walk to delicious dinners. The hotel was quiet at night. It was very clean and comfortable. The best part of the hotel was the wonderful team. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful (thank you Alessandro for everything!). The breakfast was well stocked with a good variety and a welcoming, professional team (thank you Leonardo for taking such good care of us). The housekeeping team took excellent care of us as well, with prompt and attentive service. If we have the opportunity to come back to Rome, we hope to stay at Hosianum Palace again!

Maximus resident was wonderfull. We booked a room and thr address was another building. It took us a long time to find the office because the address on the booking was different than the office. When we found the office, they gave us a room with 57 stair steps and no view and no lift. After complaining, thr switched us to another building and great place with kitchen and 10 star view of the collocium. We were very happy. Very great place. I would give 10 star if I could.

The best possible location as it is the hotel by far the closest to the beach and the pier and the statue of Neptune. The hotel is run by the 4th generation of owners, represented by excellent, kind and English and French-speaking staff. They advised us where the best restaurants are and how to get from A to B. High-quality breakfasts (the best-quality meats, cheeses, coffee, pizza and sweet options), a nice and helpful waitress. We usually don't eat sweet breakfasts, but at the urging of a helpful waitress, we tried a delicious tart. We got a room with a sea view and a balcony - live not to die. It is worth taking advantage of the offer of the beach opposite - through the hotel you get a discount on sunbeds and umbrellas. You could easly get here by taking bus number 62 from Lido Centro Train Station. We only have comments about the size of the bathroom (it's hard to disassemble the cosmetics) and the soundproofing of the door - you could hear every sound from the corridor. Air conditioning, when set to full speed, made a noise similar to the resonance of a heavy truck passing by. It probably can be fixed.

I had 2 negative experiences in this hotel, one of which was very unpleasant. First, the hotel could no longer find my reservation, but that was resolved very quickly. Then on the evening of the fourth day of my stay, I found an envelope on my bed with a 50 euro fine in it. At the reception, I was explained coldly that it is because it is forbidden to smoke in the room. The cleaning lady would have smelled the cigarette while cleaning the room. The problem is that I'm a non-smoker and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes either. It was particularly unpleasant having to convince the receptionist that I don't smoke. Finally, she withdrew the fine. I came 5 times in this hotel, and to be fair, I must say that the rest is perfect. The staff are professional (except for the fine!), smiling and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The breakfast is very good and it is possible to have dinner at the hotel.
