The staff were all incredibly lovely, from the valet and housekeepers to the front desk team, both day and night. Everyone was so kind, provided great service, and spoke politely. The room was clean, the amenities were spotless, and the bed was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Compared to the price, it was incredibly good value for money.

While the location is close to Terminal 21, there are many better options, and it's not actually close to the beach. I found that many attractions in Pattaya are actually closer to Jomtien Beach, so for me, the geographical advantage was just so-so. The hotel has a very business-like feel, lacking a resort vibe, though it is relatively new. They didn't even provide a comb, and the front desk explicitly stated they don't have any. The only highlight was the breakfast, which offered a good variety, but it was exactly the same two days in a row. The front desk staff's attitude was also mediocre. Personally, I won't be staying here again.

I had a very good stay at Prima House Pattaya. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff are friendly and helpful, and overall the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. It’s a great option for travelers looking for a relaxing stay in Pattaya. However, as a digital nomad, I noticed one point that could be improved. There is no dedicated space for working on a laptop or computer. There is a café called Calender, but it closes at 17:00, which makes it difficult for people who work online or need a quiet place in the evening. I believe the hotel could do even better by adding a small co-working area or extending the café hours. This would make Prima House an excellent choice not only for tourists, but also for digital nomads and remote workers. Overall, a very good hotel with great potential.

had a great stay at COSI Pattaya Wong Amat Beach. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. The location is quite good and close to the beach, although it’s a bit quieter compared to central areas, which can be a plus if you prefer a more relaxing environment. The amenities were decent, but could be improved as they felt a bit limited. However, overall I still had a very pleasant experience staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Rating: 3/5 The hotel is generally okay, but don't expect anything above average. The location is about a 4 out of 5. It's roughly a 20-minute walk to the beach. The area is quite simple, with local buildings all around, and you can hear roosters in the mornings – the atmosphere feels more 'local' than touristy. The room itself was pretty good and comfortable, nothing fancy, but perfectly fine for a stay. Housekeeping was normal, no complaints there. The rooftop pool offers a nice view but is very shallow. The biggest issue was that our first room had bed bugs. After reporting it to reception, they promptly changed our room and handled everything politely and correctly. There were no problems in the second room. Overall, the hotel is decent, but frankly, its price shouldn't exceed around 2000 rubles per night (≈ 26 USD or ≈ 800 Thai Baht). In my opinion, it's not worth paying more than that.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachfront resort. The hotel has a perfect location right by the sea, offering breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony facing the beach. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool, restaurants, and overall facilities were top quality and truly worthy of a five-star hotel. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying the sunset from the beach was unforgettable. This hotel is perfect for relaxation and a luxury holiday. Highly recommended!

The hotel is upscale and very luxurious. Although it's an older hotel, it has been beautifully renovated and still feels very comfortable and new. The environment is clean, and the pool is comfortable. Unfortunately, the beach is too narrow, making it not a good choice for swimming. The breakfast is excellent, with a beautiful setting and a good variety of food. It's close to Terminal 21, with a free shuttle bus every half hour, a 2-minute ride, which is very convenient. For those who like a lively atmosphere and convenience, this hotel is a good choice. Thumbs up!

Very big and comfortable.room, bed is not the softest one, big swimming pool but crowded, breakfast was good and huge variety as what we get in Thailand mostly Thai variants, hot beverages not that helpful specially.if you are tea drinker. Location is far from main attractions, close to Bus station to Bangkok. Good for the price

A cozy, intimate hotel for those seeking peace and quiet. It's clean and comfortable. Our room was 36 sq. m. You can see squirrels and geckos running around, and birds singing. There's construction nearby, which you can hear during the day, but it's not too bad. It's quiet in the evenings and at night. The staff are friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for our business trip and we love the rooftop deck (with swimming pool). Breakfast here is great though.
