One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

The room is very big and can sleep 8 people. But this time, there were only 3 of us, so the room was very spacious. Oh, there is one thing that I would like to have a clothesline because you have a washing machine but we don't have one to hang clothes when we do laundry. I felt like going out for just one day. On the 2nd day, I wanted to sleep like an ***** in this room. The bed is soft. The pillows are good. I am happy with Osaka for 4 days. The building is still new. It looks like it was just built. On Google, the picture may be an old picture, so it is hard to understand because when I first arrived, there was a white building a little further away. So I went to look at the white building. It turned out that it was not. But the admin who took care of it replied to the chat a lot. So I found out that it was a black building next door. The hotel is located near the Nankai tram and JR Imashingu Station, and the subway's Dobutsuen-mae Station. The transportation is very convenient, about a 5-minute walk. The overall environment of the hotel is very clean and the space is large. It is a good choice. A few disadvantages are that there are often trams passing by, which are quite loud. At the same time, there are few people on the balcony, so there is a lot of dust.

The location of the hotel is perfect! It's just 10minutes walk to the osaka castle. And there's a big mall just opposite to the hotel, You can just shop there and put stuff back to hotel very conveniently. I booked a 3-bed room which is a bit crowded for three adult. But i think the room is big enough if you are booking for 2ppl only. Also the breakfast is 100/100!!!!!! I woke up earlier every day just for the breakfast!

It's very clean and well-organized. It's very convenient to be 10 minutes away from JR Imamiya Station. There's a supermarket just outside JR Imamiya Station. The B&B has a built-in kitchen where you can buy wagyu beef and cook Japanese food. It's so nice.

It’s a spacious room, and we really appreciate the wooden floor, as it's better for our boy to play on the floor. The bath, microwave, fridge, and stove are great for families.

先説環境，對面就是羅森，基本需求滿足沒有任何問題，距離難波4到5站，附近4個地鐵口，走路幾分鐘可到，不遠處幾個咖啡店可以吃早餐。 再説配置，一共四個房間，一個超大客廳（對日本來説），除了榻榻米房間，剩下3個標間全部算是背街，相對安靜，二樓有一個大廳，一家人來或者朋友一起沒有任何問題，冰箱洗衣機灶台咖啡機微波爐等一應俱全，放鬆休閑蠻好的，老闆娘貼心的準備了小吃水果 最後説服務，老闆娘中國人，交流很便利，提前問我們幾個人，專門準備了小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，親自開車把我們從地鐵站接到房間，還詢問是否需要送去泡湯，走的時候要送去地鐵站，搞得我都不好意思了，超級nice。 唯一可惜就是住的時間太短了，很滿足的一次體驗，感謝。
