location just 7 minutes walking distance to any nearest you want to go. Rooms is quiet even there are busy outside the hotel. Only I don't like is the pillow, it too flat for me.

Very convenient located with lots of dining options and convenience stores (including a 24-hour supermarket) in the vicinity. We stayed in a Small Twin Room, which is a bit tight in space. However, there’s a lounge area near the lobby with free-flow drinks which we could enjoy our snacks there. Shinsaibashi shopping ***** and Dotonbori is also within short walking distance and two to four train stations are easily accessible.

The trick to easily getting back is when at Shinsaibashi, when you see Ralph Lauren / Ralph Coffee, just turn and walk the street directly straight.
Theres a xenophonic restaurant that charges foreigners an extra fee just next to the '******' and Liqueur Mountain. Best to avoid that store.
Lots of food nearby, Chinese food, Vietnamese food, Thai Food, its all avaliable within a few minutes walk.

Nice trip .. nice hotel .. with microwave facility and free flow of drinks ( coffee and coke) which we just grab some food from 7eleven have it in the hotel…
The room is spacious compare to our two previous hotel we stayed.
But because of is in shinsabashi area .. while we walk back to the hotel during the night time.. is a busy street with pubs and disco …

had a fantastic stay at Shinsaibashi Grand Hotel Osaka! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free.
The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Shinsaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori, and the metro station, making it easy to explore Osaka’s top attractions.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable bedding, modern amenities, and a well-stocked bathroom.

Room was decent. They moved us to the newer block. Didn't mind it as it looks newer?
There are hot water dispensers, tea and tables available at both blocks. Location was great. Walking distance to Dotonbori roughly around 7 mins?
Namba station is also within a walkable distance. 15-20 mins.
Lots of night eateries, huge donki nearby too.
