This is an apartment-style homestay with a good location, just a few hundred meters away from various subway entrances such as Nihonbashi;
Facilities: Small but complete, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots and pans, etc.; it would be even more perfect if it were equipped with an electric rice cooker, and it is recommended to add some common seasonings; our family of three had their New Year's Eve dinner here. It is also very convenient to make breakfast and dinner. There is also a washing machine on the balcony
Sanitation: The indoor sanitation is very good, and there is no dead corner for sanitation;
Environment: The surrounding environment is average, the outer part of the room may be being renovated, and there will be some noise occasionally, but it does not affect the use and safety of the room
Service: The landlord's service is very good and considerate. Because I was careless and did not pack my luggage on time, they were very kind and did not blame me at all. They helped me pack my luggage and put it on the first floor, without missing a single item, and all the details were done very well, which was very touching.
Their service made me feel more touched by this city. Good accommodation, good food, good entertainment, and friendly people are the pleasant factors in the trip.

I went on a family trip with my high school senior son. It was a free trip, so I was excited and nervous..
But after entering the accommodation, the joy of the trip was even greater. I really liked the accommodation. My son was so satisfied that he said he would definitely come back to this hotel if he went to Osaka with his friends. Our family of three was very satisfied and was able to rest comfortably. Oh, the reason I was satisfied was because the location was perfect. It was a 3-5 minute walk from the Dotonbori entrance and a 10 minute walk from Nankai Namba Station?
The subway passed right under the hotel, so we were able to visit Universal Studios with ease.
The only regret was that it was a bit complicated because it was self-check-in, but if you just check your email, it shouldn't be difficult.
Have a nice trip.

When checking in/out, if you take the Rapid from the airport, it's a 15-minute walk from Ninkai Namba Station, so the location is not bad for the price. And it's only a 5-minute walk to Namba Station, so it's a less crowded subway station, which is nice. And the room was clean and nice. I recommend it. It's especially suitable for people like me who have a short schedule.

The small kitchen inside is also sufficient, and breakfast can basically be solved; you can also fry a small steak, which can be bought at AEON supermarket. Take the subway Shinsaibashi exit 2, then walk to the Crysta underground mall passage and go to the north exit 7 to take the elevator up, and then walk for another 3-4 minutes to arrive.

The accommodation environment is good and the lighting is sufficient
The toilet is very bright and there are no black stains next to the bathtub, making my bathing experience very good
And after you finish cooking, you don’t have to worry about running out of room to eat.
The accommodation provides a folding table for easy storage.
There are only two bad places
1. The accommodation is a bit far from the Airport Line Namba Station, it takes about 15 minutes to walk
It is recommended to take the train from JR Daikokucho Station to Namba Station
2. The air conditioning in the accommodation is not cool enough
It is recommended that you return to your accommodation during the journey and turn on the air conditioner in advance
Then continue the journey
This way the accommodation will be cooler~😚😚
It is worthy of praise
One night when I returned to my hotel, I found that the door lock kept making noises.
Even after opening the door, the sound continues
We reported this to the person in charge after we removed the power supply to the door lock.
He also taught us how to solve this situation
Someone was also sent to the door the next day to follow up on the situation.

The location is perfect for us, as it is within walking distance to the vibrant Shinsaibashi Street, where we enjoyed shopping and dining. The only difficult part is the during the day of our arrival and departure since we have a lot of luggages to carry but other than that, location is ideal for us. Additionally, having a convenience store nearby was incredibly convenient for quick snacks and essentials.
The space was more than adequate for our family. The room layout was thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable and practical, especially with a young child. We appreciated the range of facilities provided, including a cooker, utensils, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. These amenities made our stay much more convenient and home-like.
However, I would recommend a couple of improvements to enhance the comfort of future guests. The bed could use an upgrade, as we could feel the springs, which affected our sleep quality. Additionally, for guests staying longer, it would be great if the hotel offered more frequent towel changes.
Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely book again for future trip and recommend to our friends as well.

Advantages
-Distance (Location is good enough to see on foot when sightseeing in Dotonbori and Namba area, but it wasn't noisy and the surrounding area was clean, so it was okay. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and markets are also close by on a straight, flat surface, which is a big advantage)
- Spaciousness (Japanese accommodations are generally very narrow, so it was nice that it was larger than a regular hotel and had all the cooking utensils inside. Tableware, pots, microwaves, gas ranges, etc., and my friend who went with me also said it was spacious, making it one of the best accommodations I've stayed in Japan so far. I liked it the most because it had a bathtub in the bathroom.)
-Washing machine on the 1st floor (it's inconvenient because they don't provide multiple towels, but the other advantages make up for it. Also, I had to wash my clothes anyway, so it was nice to have a washing machine on the 1st floor. However, there's no dryer, so that's a shame...you can use it on the veranda. There is space, but there are no clothespins and there is a risk of it flying away)
- Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation. All my friends who accompanied me said they liked it.
disadvantage
- I felt the bed was a little humid. ㅠㅠ The bedding is a bit thin.
It was a little difficult because it felt wet. Other than that, it seemed to be unfriendly since it is a hostel where trash disposal and other details are managed in detail.
- There is also a vacuum cleaner, but the soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good.
I wish I had more tools to clean it. Since we do not provide a separate cleaning service, it would be nice if, in addition to the vacuum cleaner, something like a broom or a broom were provided when staying for more than 3 days... and a laundry basket too!
Other than that, I didn't feel anything major!
The accommodation was like a cross between a well-managed Airbnb and a hotel.
Located near Osaka's iconic Tsutenkaku Tower, the location is excellent, with convenient transportation and complete living facilities.

1. Location: About 6 minutes(?) walk from the station, really close. There's also a Lawson nearby.
2. Room cleanliness: Clean and spacious!! Above all, the conditions are great for the price!!
3. Inquiries: Be sure to contact us via Google Mail-! They usually don't answer calls, but if you send an email, they'll reply within 10 minutes. They use English!
4. Service: I asked for a refill of towels via email, but they told me to use the washing machine in the room, but no matter how much I turned it, it wouldn't dryㅠㅜㅠ(I was able to wash them. There was detergent on top.) I quickly dried the last one and used it. Please take note if you're going (we may not have followed the instructions!)

The location was good for walking to Namba Station, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market, but it wasn't great value for money. The elevator was narrow, the bathtub was so small that I couldn't even dream of taking a shower, there was no vanity, and asking for towels was a hassle so I reused them sparingly, and on Saturday night I couldn't sleep until dawn because of the noise of motorcycles. The bed and bedding were the same as in the picture.

GGuest UserThe house is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped with all sorts of appliances. In reality it looks excatly the same as in the photos. Very nice japanese style tatami room. The location is very convinient just less a few minutes by foot from JR and metro stations. The only recommendation for travellers is to have socket adapters as all sockets are of japanese standard.
We can definitely recommend this property for large families and groups to stay in Osaka.
GGuest UserLocated in a quiet neighborhood, this homestay was really comfortable to live in! It is around a 7-10min from Tamade station or Kishinosato-tamade Nankai line station! Right next to the nankai line station is a neighbourhood food street! great for breakfast and offers freshly made sushi, with a 24hr supermarket that sells cheap instant meals, or even meat if you want to cook in the homestay (which u can!). i booked this for my family with around 7 people and we stayed comfortably, everything was brand new since we were the first customer after their renovation :) super lucky to be able to get such a homestay at this price! I really liked the japanese style room upstairs since its lined with tatami mats, and although the stairs are pretty steep, theres still a nice bedroom downstairs w 2 beds that my grandma could use easily :D 2nd floor bedroom had a lot more space to put our luggages too, and the eating area was just enough for about 4 people. host was nice and responsive to enquiries, and provided 2 charging adapters, as well as board games! was generally a very nice and affordable stay :)
GGuest UserThis was a solid stay- close to Dotonbori, spacious bed, amenities like slippers, towels, and pajamas provided. Locker with a code so you don’t need your own lock. I think self check-in places can be kind of iffy- there was an issue with my booking when I showed up and it said it wasn’t time for me to check in yet even though it was the day of my check-in and it said check in is available 24hrs. Luckily a woman happened to be there who could fix the mistake in the computer but I met a traveler later who booked an all female dorm and the computer assigned her a room in the all male dorm. She had to email and wait for someone to come and fix the problem. Then I received emails from the hostel addressing someone with a different name so it felt to me like their system was not as streamlined as it needed to be. Also there is only one toilet on each floor- just something to be aware of.

AAnonymous UserWe didnt get the right code to access to the unit, fortunately we met some other tenants in front of the elevator and told us that he got email on the day he checked in which we never received any.
The only thing we received days before was the booking confirmation email with a 4digit code which we thought it was the access code. After being stranded for hours and we tried to contact trip.com, finally we received the email with complete instructions.
I brought kids and old folks and it was raining on that day, there were noone to help and no seats for waiting.
And it was the day after long flights we took from overseas. Well we wont come back or recommend anyone to this hotel though it has a good location and the unit is considered clean and complete amenities.

GGuest UserLovely Japanese style apartment. We are a family of five and we felt we had more than enough room for our three nights. We were in Osaka primarily for Universal Studio so this accommodation was very convenient. The apartment sits in a quiet area, a bit far from the city center - there is a metro station nearby. The Japanese style tub, full kitchen, Nintendo switch, POLA products and projector makes the experience even better. Fully enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this place to large groups/families.
GGuest UserIt was okay. I have to keep up with Universal and Haeyugwan schedules.
I caught it in a hurry, but it went well.
I tried to postpone the schedule because my ligament was torn, but
I already had reservations, so I made it safely with my limping feet. Just keep in mind that it is a shared bathroom and it is soundproof.
Although it was very fragile, the overall facility was clean.
Please take into consideration that it is a guest house and hope you have a pleasant trip.
Thank you, boss. May you prosper!

GGuest UserI stayed in the hotel for a night and was satisfied with what it has to offer. The hotel is affordable and Dotonburi is walking distance away. The hotel room was clean, water dispenser and amenities are provided at the reception level. The only downside was the size of the room which leaves little space for walking if you open up you luggage on the floor. Other than that, if you are on a budget, isn’t fussy about space and wants to stay somewhere clean and in a good location, I would recommend this hotel.
