Overall, it's okay, We don't know why the room we live in is leaking 2. The hygiene is not very clean. We went in and cleaned it ourselves, there was dust, and there were stains in the bathroom. 3.The water delivery or something is not timely, so we won't give it without looking for him 4. The electricity was cut off twice, and it was still at night, and it was handled the next morning. Advantages: 1. Service attitude is OK, need a kettle, also given (although very dirty)

What an incredible hotel! The rooms are big and luxurious. The staff is exceptional and comparable to 5-star hotel. The quality and choices at breakfast were some of the best food I had in Nanjing. My parents had unusual/unreasonable requests and front desk went out of their way to satisfy. I also had an issue unrelated to the hotel that front desk was able to resolve on my behalf. I particularly want to mention employee 016 for doing a wonderful job and making me and my family feel so well taken care of. Thank you!!!

Very good hotel, worth staying, clean and tidy, convenient and hygienic. Nearby is the commercial mall subway, shopping and eating are too convenient. The service is good and the front desk is very polite. The room is large and very good.

I recently stayed at Hentique Qiyun Retreat and would like to share my experience to help fellow travelers make informed decisions. The hotel had both positives and negatives, and I hope this balanced review will be helpful. One of the highlights of my stay was its proximity to beautiful walking trails. I found these trails to be a great way to explore the natural surroundings and enjoy some outdoor activities during my visit. If you are someone who appreciates nature and likes to go for walks or hikes, this hotel's location would be a definite plus. However, I found that the hotel's distance from the city center was a significant drawback. If your intention is to visit the city center frequently, the hotel's location might not be the most convenient option. Traveling to and from the city center can be time-consuming and might require additional planning. Regarding the dining experience, I found the breakfast to be quite average. The food options were nothing out of the ordinary, and the atmosphere was rather noisy. There were children running around and making a mess during breakfast, which made the experience less enjoyable. It would have been helpful if the staff had intervened to maintain a more peaceful environment. In terms of housekeeping, I had some concerns about the service provided. The housekeeping staff never made the bed during my stay, which was unexpected. Additionally, while they provided new towels, they did not remove the used ones from the room. This left the room feeling cluttered and not as clean as it could have been.
