The hotel has convenient parking and a great environment. The only downside is that you have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. As for housekeeping, they won't clean your room unless you specifically ask them to, and you need to arrange it in advance. The in-room phone doesn't work, so you have to call the front desk on your mobile phone for any services you need.

The hotel has a beautiful garden, a large parking lot, and a very nice pool. We happened to check in during an event, and the room we got wasn't great, but the hotel apologized for it. It's a 10-minute drive to the whale watching spot. Hotel prices in Monterey aren't cheap, and we had a comfortable Chinese meal at the pier.

The hygiene, facilities, and environment are all excellent. The front desk and the accommodation building are separate, but not too far apart. The accommodation building has an elevator inside, but there are steps at the entrance with no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage for a short distance.

The hotel's location is quiet, but the facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioning is quite noisy.

The hotel atmosphere is nice, but we were surprised that we had to pay almost $20 for parking、$50 deposit… kind of surprised and disappointed

The connecting corridor to the room was too long, which was inconvenient. Parking also incurred an extra charge.

The rooms are quite old, but the balcony is nice. The underground parking can be a bit tight, though there's plenty of surface parking available. The underground spots are closer to the elevator, which is convenient. Overall, it's pretty decent, and the location is quiet and secluded.
