My daughter and I took this room because we were in town for a Garth Brooks concert. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and only dropped our duffle bag in the room. The Garth Brooks concert had a rain delay, and we had sat on the Paul Brown Stadium field from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. when they evacuated us to the concourse for the next hour. We decided to leave the concert venue. When we arrived back to the hotel, the Assistant Manager told us all he could do was credit us 20% + the $50 gift card which we never received upon check-in anyway. He suggested we wait until Monday to call the General Manager because they could resell the room, and the assistant manager could give us full credit. Today, I called the General Manager because he of course never called me. He told me no when I requested a refund and that he would only refund the $50. The room was $525.50, and we never used the room. The assistant manager even confirmed we had not touched anything in the room. I guess I should have went for the first offer with the Assistant manager. At least it would have been $150 refund. I would understand having to pay except for the fact that the entire city was sold out, and they gave the room to someone else. WRONG!

The rooms were extremely clean, the staff was friendly and checking through my Hilton’s Rewards App continues to make Hilton properties my first choice. The location is close to many attractions and it is a safe environment.

Room: Overall it’s okay and the location is pretty good Parking: Paid parking, slightly expensive Meal: OK, delivered to the room Overall environment: It seems like this is some kind of center. The environment is very noisy, with people coming and going. Sometimes there are parties late at night and until one or two in the morning.

We had a nice stay clean room friendly associates. Room was equipped with everything and walking distance to downtown

This was a great place to stay. Clean and quiet with breakfast in the morning. What puts this hotel aver the top is the amazing woman working the front desk! The friendliest most accommodating person! We actually hugged her goodbye. Above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced and I have traveled A LOT!!! Her name is Fatima! I want to visit Cincinnati solely to see her again!

The room is clean and the service is very good

So I book a room like 2 to 3 days ago. I was supposed to get a room with 2 beds and a couch that pulled out into a bed. So I traveled about 2 to 3 hours to get here. I get to the location about 12am to check in on 3-4-2023 which would have been 3-5-2023. So I go in and the guy that is working is outside smoking said we are booked. I said I have a reservation. So he went inside and I gave him my name. He said in a rude manner we are sorry, we didn't have any cleaning people to clean your room. So I said can't you clean it. Sorry I don't know how to clean, in a rude manner. This guy's looks like he was in his early 20s. He didn't help at all. When I was trying to find another hotel, he was on his Bluetooth phone talking very loudly to someone about how they didn't have any hot water for over 2 weeks, they didn't have many rooms with working tvs, the pool wasn't working. He was also talking bad about his boss Arron the manager that he was the one that didn't have anyone to work on a Saturday. He also said that the hotel had to cancel like 30 or 40 reservations that day, but that hotel DID NOT get ahold of me. I always have my phone on, no matter what. So disappointed. I have a special needs child that if things don't go right, it's a nightmare, we'll it was a nightmare. I will be calling corporate about all of this. This needs to fixed. I had to find another hotel. I am still waiting on my return on this hotel. If I could I would not even give them a 1. ZERO OUT OF 5.
