The room was very clean as well as the public areas that we hung out at. I was really impressed with the breakfast. So many choices. Cereal, yogurts, chessey eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and more. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely stay there my next visit to Cincy which will probably be next month.

Very cozy and welcoming. Enjoyed having a little work table in my room that I actually used. Good coffee and English muffins. Easy and free parking.

I thought this hotwl was well maintained and the staff was helpful. That said, the TRU style hotel is not for everyone. I like a seperate closet for my clothes.
I would stay there again, but it was not what I was expecting.

Room was comfortable, and clean. Breakfast and coffee was good. Only thing we had problems with was the shower… It was extremely difficult to regulate temperature, it would go from warm, to cold, to scalding… during a shower without touching the dial. This may have been because we were on the fourth floor at the far end… Would not stay again unless we were guaranteed lower floor towards the center of the building… I think multiple showers going on and off caused problems with regulating temperature???

Nice hotel with good service. Our neighbours were very loud at 2 a.m. and staff managed it well. Pool is small but well -maintained.

The bed was not comfortable and the smoke defector had a light going off all night like a strob light. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were like pancakes. It was clean and nice but didnt get a good nights rest unfortunately.

I will always stay with Tru when I travel I love the atmosphere of this hotel and the personal touch they have in the room. The amenities are great as well! Very fantastic hotel!

All staff friendly and working hard. May want to look at placement of toasters and pancake maker. Bottle neck for line but recognize it was a busy breakfast time.
