Good hotel at a good location. The only down side is that the room was a bit noisy, you could hear everything going on in the rooms next door

It was a rather pleasant stay at Ibis budget. Location on the metro is super central, perfect for even walking to the Madrid Royal Palace during good weather. Receptionist was friendly and informative if you have any questions just ask them! We could also use the microwave in the pantry and there was a water dispenser there. Room was small and shower did not have a curtain, just a frosted glass in the room, so do take note if it is a concern for you. My sole complaint would be the noise level, we stayed during New Year's festive period so there was quite a bit of fireworks going on every night, the window was not sound proof enough to block out the noise. Overall I would still rate it a decent stay, safe area and has pretty much all that you need!

The location of the hotel is perfect, a walking distance from the city center. The staff is friendly and supportive and breakfast is also ok. The towels are not changed daily and you don’t get amenities like hair drier and slippers in the room. Before arriving I read that neighborhood was very noisy but it’s not true. But overall I recommend if you are searching for a budget stay in Madrid.

Don't like this hotel. The room is so small that you can't even fit 2 suitcases 😓😓😓! In addition, nothing is provided except for shower and hand sanitizer, not even a mouthwash cup 🙂↔️! There is no reason to stay in this hotel except that it is close to the subway station and train station! Absolutely no, no, not recommended!!! The worst hotel among the five hotels I stayed in on this trip!
