Well this is fine hotel with good view to Macao centre and Vasco da Gama square across the road.
This hotel keep old style design of 80s in the good condition with restaurant on the first floor. Room is small for us, but comfortable!
Surprisingly we have only 2 breakfast for 2adults+1child, so for child need to pay extra even if he didn't eat. Food variety on breakfast is more asian style, but we are lucky to get a slice of cheese đ§ with bread)
They provide shuttle bus, which is good.
What is really good to find a nice swimming pool inside after all! We enjoy our stay there.
Make yourself at home in one of the 17 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available to keep you connected. Private bathrooms with showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good location, lots of sights and shops to attend to. The Ruins of St. Paul are very close to the hotel. Service is okay. It's a little bit noisy at night. The room had a TV with a variety of different channels. But there was no microwave or fridge. That's unfortunate because you might need it on your trip.
Would recommend staying here for a few nights.

Hotel stay was comfortable, just that I overlooked the fact that it was a smoking hotel. As all rooms are on the same level, you could smell smoke coming from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. Im really uncomfortable staying in a smoking hotel. Though the room was quite pretty and comfortable, I'm really uncomfortable staying at a smoke filled place.

The hotel is in a very good location and the price isn't bad (given the high hotel prices in macau). The sleeping area isn't bad, but the bathroom is quite small, especially if you try to exit the bathroom from the shower, there's a high chance you're gonna touch the toilet. It's not very clean, but it's doable

This was a very nice stay away from main ****** district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets
1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours.
2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged).
3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website.
4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question.
5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information.
6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable.
7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world.
8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie).
9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc.
10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast.
11. Checkout process was very easy.
12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities.
check few photos (room details for more information.
Hotel Central, nestled in the vibrant heart of Macau's historic city along Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, is ideally situated near iconic landmarks such as St. Paul's Ruins and the Senado Square. Following a meticulous HK$2 billion acquisition and revitalization project, this century-old treasure was gloriously reborn in 2024. This singular century-old boutique hotel ingeniously merges a nostalgic retro aesthetic with advanced technology and eco-friendly principles, resulting in an ambiance that is both evocative of the past and refreshingly contemporary.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 teen. First time in Macau. We were pleasantly surprised and very much impressed by the complimentary snacks and drinks which includes daily 2 bottled water, sprite, coke, non-gassy sweet bottled drink, beer and even a bottle of red wine! There is even coffee beans and coffee grinder for you to grind and make your own coffee! We did not drink the wine as not a wine drinker, neither did we bring it home cos find it a hassle to put into luggage. The staff is very friendly. The only inconvenience is that the hotel is located in a narrow lane and there is no proper hotel lobby where U can take taxi. We have to walk about 2 mins to go main road to catch a taxi. But other than that, hotel is clean and it is near the Ruins of St Paul and few other places. Best part is it is near Koi Kei bakery where I logged 2 giant bags of almond pastry snacks back home.
The hotel offers 259 stylish rooms with multifunctional furniture designed to increase comfort and privacy during your stay. Rooms are fitted with strategically placed power outlets and USB ports to support multiple device usage. You’ll enjoy a comfortable bed, a refreshing shower, office-style and leisure accouterments, and a Chinese and Western-style breakfast buffet — all created to allow for a relaxed, easygoing travel experience.

Wonderful stay at Holiday Express Macau! As a couple, we loved the clean, modern rooms and cozy ambiance. The location was perfect for exploring Macau, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Great valueâhighly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
The location is convenient but hard to find.. My room power went off in early morning but the staff cannot do anything. She only offer an alternative room cause of an early check out by another hotel guest. No touchlight or lamb available in the whole hotel and she ask us to shift to an alternative room when we can't even see anything in the existing room. Can't granted us late check out so we are forced to pack in the dark. Can't imagine what will happen if there is an emergency in the hotel.

Located very near to the Inner Harbour Terminal. From airport, I took the bus no. 26, or MT4 to Terminal Maritomo De Passageiros Do Porto Interior which might roughly takes up to an hour ride. Nice location. There is a local groceries nearby and just next to MS Blossom Cafe. During night time near the 7-11, there is also one traditional dessert stall called èć§çćć°éŁ you can try!

Definitely recommended. Friendly service. I was allowed to check in early. I liked the decoration, tiles in a Portuguese style. Super clean. Everything is new. The sheets are beautiful. Maybe the bed was too hard, but I personally donât mind that much. Great location: lots of restaurants. Near a fresh market and near a lot of sights.

CClive GWe had a wonderful stay at the Parisian Macau! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and even offered to upgrade our room, which was a delightful surprise. The highlight of our trip was the lovely cake provided for my wife's birthdayâit was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious!
The hotel perfectly captures the essence of Paris, with a stunning replica of the Eiffel Tower that we could admire from our room. The Parisian-inspired interior art and charming shops added to the immersive experience, making us feel as if we were strolling through the streets of Paris.Â
The services were exceptional, especially the option to leave our bags for 24 hours while we explored the city. This made our touring experience so much more leisurely and enjoyable, allowing us to soak in all the sights without the hassle of carrying our belongings.
The restaurants at the hotel were fantastic, offering a diverse range of delectable dishes that catered to all tastes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable and memorable. We canât wait to return! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely getaway!
HHaileyTI had hoped to try the 8-wheel experience, but unfortunately, it was unavailable during our check-in. While the check-in process took a little longer than expected, the staff made a real effort to accommodate my request for a higher room and informed me when it was ready. I was delighted with the celebrity room they assigned, which offered a fantastic view of the 8-wheel â truly awesome! The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
Travelling with a young child, I appreciated the thoughtful touch of the friendly room attendant, who sent over kids' amenities and a bathrobe. The room also provided complimentary items like drinks, cup noodles, and snacks from the mini bar, which added to the comfort of our stay.
Although our stay was just for one night, we truly enjoyed it and will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time. Iâm especially looking forward to visiting the ****** on the ground floor, conveniently located right next to the lift lobby!
AAnonymous UserThe period we travelled is very crowded as there are many concert happening. The hotel overall is good but don't understand why there are no seats available for elderly people to sit while we check in. Poor elderly have to stand almost 2-3hrs while waiting for check in. Hope hotel should review it.
BBertonCheungThe spacious room and the spectacular view is the only highlight in my opinion. Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.
SSara ArdeliaWe loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its lâoccitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.
GGuest UserLong story. Overall is still pleasant. Some might say itâs a new hotel, cut some slack for them. Yes and no. If you are not ready, then donât open. I would say either understaff or staffs are not experienced or well trained. To those that were working there now, I can see that they are doing their very best. Higher management might want to see how to improve further.
1: Reached hotel at 12pm. Put my luggage at reception and went out. They already have my booking and name verified. Came back at 4pm, waited for 30 minutes and gave me the wrong room type from my booking. When I went down to the counter, told me that my room is not ready yet. At 4pm and my room is not ready yet? The fact is that, thereâs a group of walked in customers in front of me when I came back. They gave my room to them thinking that I am not back yet. And I have to wait for the other room, which was given a late checked out. And the guest had just left and room is not ready for me. So they put me up in another room to wait for my room.
2: Very generous with space. Room is spacious. Bright. Nice and clean. Which I think it has to be as it is a brand new hotel just opened in less than 2 weeks ago.
3: Stingy with water. Gave only 2 bottles of water. 250ml type. Asked for more and said at most can give 2 more only.
4: Water heater temperature not constant. One moment become very hot and one water becomes cold. And the hot that it suddenly became was very hot. Quite dangerous.
5: There is no robot to bring up your food deliveries and send anything that you request from hotel. You will have to go down to pick up your deliveries and wait for hotel staff to bring to you anything that you request for. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a pair of slippers.
6: The shower area had a design flaw that allows water to flow out when you shower and water ponded right in front the vanity counter. That was how I needed an extra pair of slippers.
7: The blinds of the windows are another wrong choice of blinds to install. You need to lower the entire day blind then you can bring up the black out blind. There are 7 panels of them in the room. My arms are sore after that. And you need to repeat the entire process to bring it up in the morning if you wish to see outside the window.
8: TV doesnât have access to paid TV. Can only watch local channels.
9: Drop off point do not have a shelter like neighboring buildings. You get wet going in and out of the hotel entrance if it rains.
10: My room was on the top floor. Each time the lift moves, I can hear the braking lock engaging and disengaging. I can also feel the vibration from the gears that lowers and pulls the ropes. I am not a light sleeper and I can hear it.
11: Windows are double glazed. But still can hear the rain splattering while sleeping.
PPeteGWe love this hotel because of its location, itâs an approx. 5 to10 mins walkable distance to Lisboa Hotel and Senado Square. And we have a surprise upgraded to a room that overlooks the Macao Tower. Hotel is new, the room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are good, especially Miguel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for our stay, resolves questions regarding transportation to HZMB and other parts of Macau, which is truly commendable. There are a few restaurants, department store and a cinema, inside the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back when we return to Macau.
NNoreeeen13Celebrated my birthday yesterday and the hotel staffs were very friendly. The FO staff Stanley provided an incredible service with the room upgrade and late checkout. It has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay at Roosevelt.
WWongAshleyMy family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! đđœ
GGuest UserI arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
