Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter.
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills.
Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free.
Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening.
We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didnโt hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

There are 23 floors and 654 guest rooms, including standard rooms, business suites, deluxe rooms, featured quad rooms and accessible rooms, to meet different needs of our guests. The decoration and design of Treasure hotel is based on the theme of European medieval armored knights, with a retro color tone of brown, gold and burgundy. We loved this place!!! My family arrived at the airport around 1:30 AM and found out that the hotel was right next to it! It was attached to the airport and didnโt need to take a taxi. After the flight, we could have sweet dreams right away. We loved the place. I would visit this hotel again when we travel to Macao later in the future. The price was wonderful as well! Highly recommended.

There are many excellent hotels in Macau, but choosing the Four Seasons was an outstanding decision. For guests traveling by taxi, the location is unbeatable, offering not only an outdoor swimming pool and spa but also stunning views and walking access to major tourist spots.
What stood out most was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Every staff member we encountered during our 3-night, 4-day stay was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our family, including our child, had a wonderful experience. This stay has made us eager to visit Macau again, and when we do, we will definitely choose the Four Seasons.

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

The noise from the upper room was loud especially someone dragged the heavy chair in the bathroom at night heard just like right next to you. And also hotel is very noisy when it closes. ๐ณ
The western breakfast at Imperial had a Chinese flavor. It didn't seem like it was worth the money.
The coffee in the room was totally a disaster. It was unpleasant to drink instant coffee in a 5 star hotel.
There isn't any discounts or smthg for hotel guests in children's playground at Venetian street.
The pool was very nice with warm water. Front desks and staffs were kindly and professional.
I would never stay Venetian again. :(

We had a wonderful stay at the Parisian Macau! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and even offered to upgrade our room, which was a delightful surprise. The highlight of our trip was the lovely cake provided for my wife's birthdayโit was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious!
The hotel perfectly captures the essence of Paris, with a stunning replica of the Eiffel Tower that we could admire from our room. The Parisian-inspired interior art and charming shops added to the immersive experience, making us feel as if we were strolling through the streets of Paris.ย
The services were exceptional, especially the option to leave our bags for 24 hours while we explored the city. This made our touring experience so much more leisurely and enjoyable, allowing us to soak in all the sights without the hassle of carrying our belongings.
The restaurants at the hotel were fantastic, offering a diverse range of delectable dishes that catered to all tastes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable and memorable. We canโt wait to return! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely getaway!

Long story. Overall is still pleasant. Some might say itโs a new hotel, cut some slack for them. Yes and no. If you are not ready, then donโt open. I would say either understaff or staffs are not experienced or well trained. To those that were working there now, I can see that they are doing their very best. Higher management might want to see how to improve further.
1: Reached hotel at 12pm. Put my luggage at reception and went out. They already have my booking and name verified. Came back at 4pm, waited for 30 minutes and gave me the wrong room type from my booking. When I went down to the counter, told me that my room is not ready yet. At 4pm and my room is not ready yet? The fact is that, thereโs a group of walked in customers in front of me when I came back. They gave my room to them thinking that I am not back yet. And I have to wait for the other room, which was given a late checked out. And the guest had just left and room is not ready for me. So they put me up in another room to wait for my room.
2: Very generous with space. Room is spacious. Bright. Nice and clean. Which I think it has to be as it is a brand new hotel just opened in less than 2 weeks ago.
3: Stingy with water. Gave only 2 bottles of water. 250ml type. Asked for more and said at most can give 2 more only.
4: Water heater temperature not constant. One moment become very hot and one water becomes cold. And the hot that it suddenly became was very hot. Quite dangerous.
5: There is no robot to bring up your food deliveries and send anything that you request from hotel. You will have to go down to pick up your deliveries and wait for hotel staff to bring to you anything that you request for. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a pair of slippers.
6: The shower area had a design flaw that allows water to flow out when you shower and water ponded right in front the vanity counter. That was how I needed an extra pair of slippers.
7: The blinds of the windows are another wrong choice of blinds to install. You need to lower the entire day blind then you can bring up the black out blind. There are 7 panels of them in the room. My arms are sore after that. And you need to repeat the entire process to bring it up in the morning if you wish to see outside the window.
8: TV doesnโt have access to paid TV. Can only watch local channels.
9: Drop off point do not have a shelter like neighboring buildings. You get wet going in and out of the hotel entrance if it rains.
10: My room was on the top floor. Each time the lift moves, I can hear the braking lock engaging and disengaging. I can also feel the vibration from the gears that lowers and pulls the ropes. I am not a light sleeper and I can hear it.
11: Windows are double glazed. But still can hear the rain splattering while sleeping.

Room : Very big & spacious with a splendid sea view. Even the toilet is very big too. Very good.
Complimentary drinks & fruits: unexpectedly found a few bottles & cans of soft drinks as well as beers in refrigerator & would refill every day. It is rarely found in other hotel. Also provided 3 fruits on each day. Very kind!
Facilities:
(1)Water temperature of the swimming pool is warm enough for swimming comfortably even in very cold day. The texture & Cleaniness of water is above standard. The length of swimming pool is at standard as a indoor swimming pool. Besides, the pool also provides full sea view. Too good!
(2) A small machine for extracting water of swimming suit can be found inside pool showering lobby. This is a warm facility & is not usually found in other hotel. Very nice with standard.
Body massage pool, wet Sauna, dry sauna are very clean.
Staff : very helpful, kind & polite as well as able to answer enquiry.
Room for improvement:
(1)the whole big room has one more mirror only, is inside toilet. When some body is using toilet,.... Should add one mirror outside toilet.
(2)the ventilation fan inside toiet is not strong enough to remove bad smell at once!! ๐คญ
As a whole, it is a very worth to stay hotel. ๐

Our family booked the Platinum Onsen Room, last December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025 and we thought it was simply perfect for our hotel staycation.ย
From the moment we arrived, a Filipino staff in check-in area was very welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.ย
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private onsen that provided a luxurious and relaxing experience, and perfect for family.ย
Though the views from our room are not the one we expected. We booked Platinum (Resorts World) Garden Onsen Room, itโs quite pricey but since we want to experience the onsen we are okay with that price, Macau Tower view as we saw that on the picture in trip.com are one we choose, because we thought there is fireworks display in Macau, sad to say no fireworks display this year 2025 in Macau tower.ย
Anyway the amenities at Yoho Hotel were fantastic! My boys and I loved the onsen room, as it was warm and inviting, and the amenities in hotel especially the gym.
On New Year's Eve, we had a small celebration, we thought we can sing outside (onsen) coz there is small table, on our room but hotel called us twice ๐ So our New year eve night is not as special as it is. For us our staycation is just a waste of money.
Anyway i want to commend Jape and the filipino in check-in area for being so helpful and mindful on our needs. (forgot to get the name) they are both friendly and helpful. Not being biased but having a Filipino staff is very good coz they are all welcoming and friendly.ย
But overall, our stay at Yoho Hotel was okay. We all relaxed. But I will not recommend this room, if your family like to have fun coz they will scold you ๐

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 teen. First time in Macau. We were pleasantly surprised and very much impressed by the complimentary snacks and drinks which includes daily 2 bottled water, sprite, coke, non-gassy sweet bottled drink, beer and even a bottle of red wine! There is even coffee beans and coffee grinder for you to grind and make your own coffee! We did not drink the wine as not a wine drinker, neither did we bring it home cos find it a hassle to put into luggage. The staff is very friendly. The only inconvenience is that the hotel is located in a narrow lane and there is no proper hotel lobby where U can take taxi. We have to walk about 2 mins to go main road to catch a taxi. But other than that, hotel is clean and it is near the Ruins of St Paul and few other places. Best part is it is near Koi Kei bakery where I logged 2 giant bags of almond pastry snacks back home.

AAnonymous UserThe period we travelled is very crowded as there are many concert happening. The hotel overall is good but don't understand why there are no seats available for elderly people to sit while we check in. Poor elderly have to stand almost 2-3hrs while waiting for check in. Hope hotel should review it.
VvanessayunaThe room is large, the balcony is comfortable, and the service is good.
I forgot sth in the room . The hotel replied to the customer service that they can kept for three months. I guess itโs my good excuse to visit again.
GGuest UserI booked two rooms for weekend trip. Hotel-S has upgraded one of the rooms for us. Also there are also gifted rose for female customers. Nice. The staff (Kaylee) is very helpful.
The restaurant on the 1/F opens till midnight and provides nice south-east Asian food and drinks.
KKS09AThis was a very nice stay away from main ****** district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets
1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours.
2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged).
3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website.
4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question.
5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information.
6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable.
7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world.
8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie).
9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc.
10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast.
11. Checkout process was very easy.
12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities.
check few photos (room details for more information.
SSara ArdeliaWe loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its lโoccitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.
NNoreeeen13Celebrated my birthday yesterday and the hotel staffs were very friendly. The FO staff Stanley provided an incredible service with the room upgrade and late checkout. It has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay at Roosevelt.
GGuest UserOur check-in with the help of staff ่ถๅๆ, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
WWongAshleyMy family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! ๐๐ฝ
GGuest UserI arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
TTanRoom was big and king size bed. Spacious and comfy. Bathtub for bubble bath. Air conditioning well temperature controlled leading to a nice atmosphere for dining in room. Bed comfy nice sleep well rested . Highly recommended ! Just renovations till 6pm but bearable since not all times in room hearing the noise .
