Hikari_izumiThe room was clean and tidy. The facilities were a bit old but well-maintained, so the experience was still good. My main purpose for this trip was to see Teamlab, and as a guest, I got a 30% discount on tickets. Plus, the hotel's fifth floor has direct access, which was a huge plus! It's also very convenient to get to The Londoner and The Venetian from The Parisian. The egg tarts and mango sago on the first floor were delicious, and the airport shuttle was quite good. Even taking a taxi to the airport was quick, costing less than 25 MOP. All in all, I had a great stay.

TCIKThis was my first stay at Andaz, and I found everything—the environment, service, cleanliness, and amenities—to be excellent overall. The staff was incredibly friendly. This trip was a family celebration, and I'd like to specially thank Front Office Supervisor REA R SYIA for her detailed check-in introduction and thoughtful arrangements. Traveling with a baby, the hotel was very accommodating in providing children's facilities and all the supplies we needed.
The hotel room was beautiful, and my child especially loved the bathtub! 👍🏼👍🏼 As a guest, you can also enjoy the hotel's happy hour bar from 5 PM to 7 PM.
There's also a delicious Portuguese restaurant within the hotel. 👍🏼👍🏼 Getting to the Grand Resort Deck only requires a short walk outdoors, which is quite convenient.

The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

Anonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and attractions, yet still quiet at night. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness throughout the property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guest UserMy girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival.
Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable.
Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service.
I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest.
This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

楊潞樺This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved.

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

Guest UserCame to see a concert at The Londoner Arena, so naturally, I booked The Londoner Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was truly exceptional. Usually, rooms are ready after 3 PM on weekends, but our flight arrived at 11 AM. They managed to get us into a room early and even extended our check-out to 2 PM. The staff escorted us to our room, introducing all the hotel facilities along the way and helping with our luggage. Once inside, the lady explained the room's features and even asked about our pillow preferences. I have to say, the bedding at The Londoner is incredibly comfortable. The moment you're back in the room, all you want to do is lie in bed. Even when we were startled awake by heavy rain and thunder the next day, we easily drifted back to sleep, haha. Plus, having a WeChat concierge who is so responsive to every request is incredibly convenient. In the evening, we had dinner at Cheong Kei Seafood Hot Pot, which is conveniently located right in the hotel. The 3-taste Chashan ********* Milk Tea downstairs was also delicious. Our package, costing over 4000, included breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. We missed the afternoon tea and cocktails because of the concert, but I'll definitely try them next time. For breakfast, I chose the Eggs Benedict section, and it was absolutely worth getting up early for – truly delicious. The other items at the breakfast buffet were standard fare. All the hotel staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. I even left my necklace in the bathroom when checking out, and they managed to find and return it to me. The only two minor downsides were that the hairdryer wasn't a Dyson, haha. Also, the sculpture by the elevator exit startled me every time I went upstairs; I was too scared to go get takeout alone late at night, hh.

I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

ShuizhongzhiyingThe room was fantastic, with two very comfortable queen-sized beds. Although the room was a bit old, the facilities were well-maintained and everything was in good condition. The staff, especially Zhao, Rosie, and Lucy at the front desk, were super friendly and provided excellent service. They arranged a great room for us that overlooked The Londoner from the Southern Art building – highly recommend!
