It was our anniversary trip but our trip got off to an inauspicious start with my wife spraining her ankle. But the hotel has been most helpful and thoughtful in attending to all of our needs from providing us with ice packs and bandages to sending over a tube of muscle rub (courtesy of the spa department). Special thanks goes to Roche, Sarah and Shad in the concierge who have been most patient with our various requests for help. Our upmost gratitude also to Karen who has been most helpful in assisting our checking in. Thanks also to Beatrice and Kaye who ensured that the check out process was flawless and smooth (and the nice gentleman who assisted us in getting a taxi). This is by far our most enjoyable hotel stay and all of your staff have done you proud.

Wynn Macau is a definition of a luxurious stay. The environment is fancy and welcome, since we arrive all staff provide us an amazing service and high quality standards. Food is great and you can enjoy an amazing international or Chinese breakfast buffet. We had opportunity to have dinner as well and you can find many fine fine options inside the hotel. It’s a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and facilities. We are to come back and next time maybe try Wynn Palace.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I’ve been wanting to stay here for quite a while since it was built in 2009. Situated right next to the Wynn Macau, I thought L’arc felt like a five-star hotel. From the overall design, with high ceilings to the little details, you’ll feel that this place, though had better days, it’s still very luxurious in his own way. I stayed in the 55 m² room which had a beautiful veranda style bathroom coupled with a separate shower and bathtub. The vanity area contained two sinks, which was great for me and my wife. Our views of the Wynn hotel, and we were high enough to see some of the Macau skyline a little bit of Zhuhai. The ****** area had two floors, but due to Covid it’s been downsized to one floor. The gym was quite mediocre for five star hotel with only a total of eight machines, in which two of the machines were not working specifically the step master. The clubhouse, which can be accessed freely as a hotel. Resident also has a steam room at a pool area. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

It was my first time to stay at Resorts World Hotel. As soon as I arrived at the slope of the hotel entrance, a waiter suddenly ran up from a distance. He enthusiastically took my suitcase and led me all the way to the hotel front desk to check in. Then he helped me put my suitcase away. Delivered to the room, it feels like five-star treatment! The curtains in the room are automatic and open as soon as you enter the door. The color matching of the entire room makes you feel refreshing and comfortable. The visual effect of hygiene is also very good. You can't help but want to take a few photos and watch them while lying on the bed. Looking at the beautiful lake view outside the window, there are no densely packed high-rise buildings, and it feels like being on a quiet seaside. What I remember praising is the location. There is a bus terminal at the door, making it convenient to go anywhere! The 6 yuan MT1 takes you to the airport in half an hour, so convenient!

Location was in Central Macau and walking distance to a lot of places. Had shuttle buses too. On the day of check out I stored my luggage and went to continue my day in Macau. After collecting, I wanted to go to the ferry terminal and this staff led me all the way to the waiting area which was really great service, but I didn't get the chance to get his name. Thank you for the great service!

The hotel is ok for not long stay. Pros: 1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby. 2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important! 3. The bed and pillow is comfortable. 4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy. 5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo) 6. WiFi in the room was good. Cons: 1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation. 2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo) 3. No breakfast. I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. There were nuances when checking in, the room we booked turned out to be occupied and we were offered a similar one, but with two separate beds, offering to move them. Initially, I booked a room with a kingsize bed, since we are with a two-year-old child. The manager also offered to pay extra for the room and then they will be able to change it for us to a room with a king size bed. Later, we were offered a room on the smoking floor, but the smell was strong there. After lengthy negotiations, we were finally given our number. Everything in the room is modest, in terms of shower accessories. The hotel grounds are nice, the pool is excellent, and the breakfasts in the restaurant are excellent. We liked everything except the nuances of check-in and the lack of shower accessories.

Good location next to Lisboa hotel. Transportation around the area is convenient and there are plenty of shops eateries nearby. The famous Lisboa bend is also just a few minutes away. Front desk staff were very helpful and willing to keep my luggage temporarily even after check out. Clean spacious room good for sleep with sufficient amenities.
