Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, offering free luggage storage which was perfect for my last day before catching a flight. Facilities: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the coffee was delicious. Environment: There are plenty of places to eat and shop around, from large supermarkets to smaller ones. I even found a Chipotle open late for a late-night snack! 🥳 It's within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and super close to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient.

The reception team were friendly at check in, and I was given a beautiful tin of truffles and some drinks vouchers (maybe as a diamond member?). This was really a special touch and appreciated. However the room itself wasn’t great. I’ve stayed in quite a few London hotels so know you don’t get lots of space and for 1 night you don’t need much, but this room was so small it was a struggle to move about. The air conditioning was on but it was weak. Thankfully the window opened slightly but it remained warm in the room. Bathroom was dated, quite small and felt cheap. Minor point but the pillows and duvet didn’t feel like the usual Hilton ones, they seemed thicker… Overall, it was clean, relatively quiet and had great service which is all that’s really needed, but it felt more of a budget hotel with Hilton price tag. I do think they are doing everything they can to make stays as good as possible, since they can’t really do anything about the room sizes.

The receiptionists (I forgot to ask both names, one of them is with glasses) were very kind and accomodating. The one with glasses even helped with my bags when I checked out. They provided the best room for my one night stay. There were complimentary coffees (from coffee maker and/or nescafe sachet) and teas that you can make for yourself near the receptionist counter. Best of all, they offer you complimentary fruits! The room is clean and the bed is really nice (I am particular about bed as I sometimes find it hard to fall asleep while travelling). Overall, love my experience and I can firmly say, it is really worth what I am paying for! ☺️ My favorite part is this hotel is really near to The Muffin Man Tea shop! ❤️ Love the experience and I have recommended this place to my good friends.

The location, price, and reception staff were all very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the cleanliness could be improved. In particular, the window was covered with bird droppings, which was quite noticeable. Apart from that, the stay was generally fine.

Location is fine, still the room is smaller than the listed size in the booking process (standard room), the bed ends up being attached on the wall on one side, there is a little table (very little) bringing 2 tea cups while the kettle must remain on the floor. the television is is likely 16 inches , which is the same of the basin in the bathroom. Shower is OK having a cabin. Details are overseen (wall paint, perch, curtains, carpets etc.. We understand for UK prices is what you get still it may be worth to have a look around

Out of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip, these two DoubleTree by Hilton hotels were by far the best. The Kensington location is in a beautiful neighborhood, and a morning stroll through Kensington Gardens was absolutely delightful! It's also just over a hundred meters from the subway. The room was spacious with two double beds, easily accommodating four people! The breakfast was rich and varied, and I enjoyed eating it slowly while watching the street view. The front desk staff were very attentive, offering welcome cookies at check-in and extending our check-out to 12:30 PM. Compared to the small hotel we stayed at a few days earlier, which cost about the same, the difference was truly night and day! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in London. Thumbs up!

Words are not strong enough to tell you how grateful we are to find this hidden gem in the beautiful city of London. Hotel is nearby Gluocester Station, 8mins away and have a lot of convenience store nearby. There’s also a laundry shop opposite the building. There’s a bus stop Opposite the hotel where you take bus 74 and will reach the Natural History Museum within minutes, just a stop away! We stayed here for 4D3N, and we had an amazing time, my son loved the room and already plan to come back here. Miss Fatimah has been nothing but short of amazing, thank you so much for all the amazing assistance for us for these past 4 days. All the staffs are polite and welcoming. Its such a plus point for this place cos it has a lift that fits all our heavy luggages. We will definitely come to stay here again if we visit London. Thank you once again Cromwell International for the amazing stay.

I initially booked a family room, but it was located in the old building, right on a main road, and the traffic noise was unbearable. I was given a 2nd-floor room, so I requested a change. They ended up giving me a 'Deluxe King Room' in the new building. Although it had one less small bed, the decor was much more modern, and the double-paned windows made it very quiet, which significantly improved my experience. The hotel's service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. There are many bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby, though it's about a 15-minute walk to the metro station. Overall, it offers great value for money. I look forward to the hotel's complete renovation. If you're staying here, I recommend choosing one of the newly renovated rooms.

The hotel was in a great location, a quick walk from Kensington High Street tube, and a pleasant 20mins walk to Notting Hill. The hotel itself in entering was very pleasant, looked inviting (with a Starbucks to one side but still within the same atmosphere and decoration) The staff were all friendly, concierge being the most willing and happy to help. The room was a bit disappointing. Appeared very grey and dark on entrance, but everything was clean had what you needed. TV was opposite a small settee, but far more comfortable to sit in the bed so the tv was across to the right, feel the room was too small to have a settee/sitting area as it was immediately next to the door. Didn’t feel inviting. But after the initial disappointment it didn’t need to be much more for our needs. We then used the pool area. Again a bit like the rooms this is a tired looking area, the pool sides stained and peeling bits here and there. The hot tub and steam room were both closed, but swam a few lengths and then used the sauna which was within the changing room area. Sauna was good hot enough too! We were going to have room service as a bit of a novelty, but thought the bar area looked nicer to sit for an hour or so so had a meal there. This was the biggest disappointment and extremely over priced. I was possibly unlucky and ordered the wrong thing, but would not eat here again. I ordered ‘Crushed avocado on a toasted bruschetta with slow roasted tomatoes’ and a side of chunky chips. This can as a dollop of cheap guacamole on a slice of french basic baguette with half a cherry tom on top, 3 of these! I personally can’t eat guacamole on its own so had to scrape most of it off to then eat the bread (and only did because I was by then hungry) Besides that I would stay again but would rather not have paid the price we did.

My stay was made truly memorable thanks to Venky. His meticulous attention to detail and genuine friendliness stood out from the moment I arrived. He anticipated needs I didn’t even realize I had and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Interacting with him was always a pleasure.. warm, professional, and sincerely caring. Hotel staff like Venky make all the difference. Highly recommended!
