very good. The location is very good, close to the subway station, the room is small and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is a bit simple and costs £25 for a separate fee. Bottled water is delivered daily and there is a bar downstairs. Overall still very good 乛

Staff at the hotel front desk are extremely helpful! The hotel is well designed in modern style, like it every bit in the details.Location is convenient with good shopping malls and restaurant nearby, subway Liverpool station is 10-min walk from the hotel. There is a Sunday market within walking distance if you're interested in tasting street food from various countries.

Stayed here for a night in October 2022. Room was very tastefully decorated and clean. I found nice touches, such as a handwritten note to welcome me, some chocolates and gummy bears. Very comfy bed and loved the fact there were both curtains and blinds so I had a great night sleep and didn't want to get up in the morning. Lobby is great but a bit lively in the evening - I loved the vibe but I'd find it challenging to work late in such an environment, although there were plenty of people who were still doing it and didn't seem to mind. Area is great, if you want to check out local bars, street art, good restaurants. I had dinner at the rooftop Mexican restaurant at The Hox called Maya. Just a stunning place with amazing views. Food was delicious and loved the cocktails. Especially recommend the Aztec one with jalapeno. Thanks to the Hoxton team for my lovely experience.

Booked a cosy twin room with no window, the cheapest option. It was pretty small, but extremely well designed with wall hanging hooks, drop down tables with power sockets and a safe in the bedside table. Also a dial for mood lighting in different colours. I had a very good sleep due to the room being so dark and no noise at all. The shower was excellent. Hot drinks were available at reception. The Continental Breakfast was good, lots of choice. I would stay again.

Above average chain hotel in a great location. What made my stay was the staff who were all really helpful, friendly and were all doing a great job when I was there. Would definitely recommend.

My overall stay in this hotel was very comfortable and what I would hope for when staying for in hotel for nearly a week. From the moment you enter, you are greater with well designed aesthtics and a welcoming feel. The staff were kind and attentive at check in. The room itself has a state of the art vibe with the key entry and the light system for do-not-disturb or please clean. The rooms feel much smaller than the online photos let on but they are well laid out and have everything you would need with plenty of space to store luggage out of the way. The bed was plush and comfortable giving a refreshing night sleep. I enjoyed my stay and would look forward to staying here again. A few things to note. It seems they don't have early check in unless you upgrade the room. I ended up doing this and enjoyed the desk for working from the room but it was pretty pricy for what you get. The mirror you see in the photo is not a magnifying mirror, which wad dissapointing because there was no good spot for make up application. They also don't have a bathroom fan, which is a big negative if I were traveling with others. Overall a great little spot in London.
